- Access to the outdoor heated pool with solarium (dimensions: 8m x 17m, depth 1m to 1.60m) and children's pool with mushroom-shaped sprinkler (dimensions: 5m x 5m and 50cm deep), open from 15/04/25 to 20/09/25
- Access to the tennis court, the sports fields, the children's playground, the pétanque court and the mini golf.
- Loan of kayaks and canoes upon reservation and according to the current regulations.

- Cancellation insurance for all justified causes: Cancellation insurance can be taken out when booking. This cancellation guarantee is valid in particular for medical reasons, accident, death including illness due to an epidemic or pandemic (declared illness, contact case, failure to obtain PCR test results before departure - traveler or member of his immediate family). The price of this insurance varies according to the total amount of your stay. These insurances must be reserved at the time of booking and cannot be ordered subsequently.

- Bed linen: 12€/person. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

- Beds made on arrival: 10 €/person (linen not included). To be paid on site. Pre-booking required.

- Towels: 10€/person/ kit. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

- Pack bed linen + towels: 20€/person/kit. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

- End of stay cleaning: If the accommodation is not left clean, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €79 for accommodation for 4 to 6 to people, €99 for a accommodation for 8 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).

- Pets : Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of €10.50/night, €49/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1 animal per accommodation only.

- Launderette : rates on site.

- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) : €10/stay. To be booked at the same time as the accommodation. We do not provide additional mattresses in order to guarantee the safety of your children. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required, subject to availability.

INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY:

- Departure and arrival times :

Arrivals: Saturday between 15:30 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Departures: Before 10.00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception for the residence.

- Deposit: €250/accommodation (to be paid on site).

- Tourist tax: approx €1/day/person over 18 years old, according to the municipal decision (to be paid on site).

All your requests (floor, view, apartment No., etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but can not be guaranteed.

Access to the residence

By train: Depart from Paris either on a TGV train departing from Montparnasse station to Bordeaux, then Bordeaux to Périgueux via TER train, or via Corail train departing from Austerlitz station to Limoges, then getting a connection to Périgueux. Paris Brive (Brive 30mins.).

By plane : 3 flights are scheduled every day between Paris and Périgueux by the Airliner company. Departing from Orly South, the flight lasts on average 1 hour 15 mins. (Bergerac, Périgueux or Brive airport)

By road: 30km from exit 18 Terrasson on the A20 motorway coming from Brive (Paris), follow the D6089 Terrasson, Le Lardin St-Lazarre and go left at Sarlat via Coly D62.
20km from exit 17 Sarlat Thenon on the A89 motorway coming from Bordeaux, follow the D6089 Le Lardin St-Lazarre and go right via Coly D62.
32km from the Souillac Sarlat exit on A20 coming from Toulouse. At the 2nd roundabout, take the 2nd left hand exit in the direction of Salignac, Borrèze, then take La Cassagne D62, 4km on the left. The complex is located 1km to the left of the Coly exit, at the département crossroads going to Souillac and Sarlat (D64 and D62).
