These insurances must be reserved at the time of booking and cannot be ordered subsequently.

- Bed linen : €12.50/bed. To be paid on site.

- Beds made on arrival : €25/bed. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required.

- Bathroom towels : €10/person. To be paid on site.

- End of stay cleaning : If the accommodation is not left clean, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €60 for accommodation for 2 to 5 people, €79 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).

- Pets : Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of €10.50/night, €49/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1 animal per accommodation only.

- Wellness area access (sauna/hammam) : €14 for 20 min solo session - €21 for 20 min duo session / €11.50 for additional person with a maximum of 6 people (access prohibited to minors unaccompanied by an adult and to children under 16).

- Launderette : rates on site.

- Bike rental : €17/day or €59/week. To be paid on site. Pre-booking highly recommended, subject to availability.

- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) : €5/stay. To be booked at the same time as the accommodation. We do not provide additional mattresses in order to guarantee the safety of your children. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required, subject to availability.

- Departure and arrival times:
Arrivals: Saturday between 15:30 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Departures: Before 10.00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception for the residence.

- Deposit: €250/accommodation (to be paid on site).

- Tourist tax: approx. €1/day/person over 18 years old, according to the municipal decision (to be paid on site).

All your requests (floor, view, apartment No., etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but can not be guaranteed.

By train: Paris-Souillac or Paris-Périgueux (via Limoges) - Toulouse-Souillac or Toulouse-Périgueux (via Agen or Brive-la-Gaillarde

By road:
Paris-Sarlat: A20 motorway to Souillac (approx. 4 hours 30 mins.). Souillac-Sarlat (D703) which turns into the D704A, then Sarlat-Les Eyzies (D47), followed by the D706 Les Eyzies in Le Bugue. Arrive in the centre of Le Bugue and take the D31 in Le Buisson direction. Cross the bridge, take the 1st road on the left (D31E), the complex is after the level-crossing (250m on the right)
Bordeaux-Périgueux: A89 motorway (approx. 1 hour 30 mins.)
Toulouse-Sarlat: motorway to Souillac, then RD 704 to Sarlat (approx. 2 hours 30 mins.)
Lyon-Périgueux: A72 motorway to Clermont-Ferrand, then A89 motorway
