The 3* Goélia “Les Voiles Blanches” holiday residence, with outdoor heated pool, tennis courts and petanque field is located in Batz-Sur-Mer.
GOELIA LES VOILES BLANCHES HOLIDAY RESIDENCE
The 3* “Les Voiles Blanches” village club, is made up of apartments on the ground floor or upstairs, divided into 7 hamlets in the heart of a landscaped park of more than 3 hectares. The residence is located in the heart of the Guérande peninsula, between La Baule and Le Croisic, 700m from the Valentin beach, 400m from the shops and the center of the resort. The Valentin beach is easily accessible by foot or bike (one street to cross, then direct access by the street with wide sidewalks and bike path). A very large network of bicycle paths runs all over the peninsula of Guérande, and this network can be found as soon as you leave the residence.
In July and August, the residence is transformed into a club : restaurant (pizzas, snacks, takeaway food), Kids club (6-10 years, 5 sessions of 2h a week, subject to availability ), Teen and adults activities : sport activities, shows, theme evenings, covered events and show venue.

All apartments have a fully fitted kitchen (vitroceramic hobs, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle). Patio or balcony with garden furniture. Television included. You will find also enough dishes, duvet and and pillows.

must never exceed the maximum people authorised for the apartment.

Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of
€11/night, €49/week (€9/night fro stays from 1 to 4 nights, and €7/night from 5 nights, from 31/10/26). Please mention when booking (anti-rabies
certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1

The hour of the provision of the accommodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Departures : Before 10.00 a.m.
- Deposit : €250/apartment. This deposit will be returned to you the day of departure after an inventory or by post within 8 days in the event of departures outside of opening hours.
- Tourist tax : €1.43/person/night over 18 years old (The decision may be amended at any time by the Municipality). As this is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.

Located in the south of Brittany, on the Côte d'Amour, Batz-sur-Mer, welcomes you in the heart of the Presqu'Île de Guérande, la Baule and the Croisic.
This charming seaside resort offers both very large sandy beaches, as well as many hiking trails that allow you to discover La Côte Sauvage and the salt marshes, close to the Port of Croisic, animated all year round.
Sports and recreation : Discover many water sports such as sailing, sea kayaking, fishing but also mountain biking, tennis, mini-golf, golf (at the top of the Croisic especially with a 9-holes golf course), wellness center. The beaches of Batz-sur-Mer are very famous (especially the beaches of Valentin and the Govelle).
To discover : The region offers many excursions and points of interest.
During your stay in Batz-sur-Mer, do not miss to visit the salt marshes of Guérande, classified as an "area of ecological interest" because of their remarkable environment.
The Salt Marsh Museum is located in Batz-sur-Mer. Numerous guided tours of the salts are offered throughout the year to learn more about this "White Gold".
The animated and unique fishing and marina of the Croisic is near to the station (4km), as well as the Océarium, the medieval city of Guérande (9km), the Pouliguen and La Baule are not far away (with the Parc O Folies for the children at the Baule), as well as St Nazaire, with many sights (visit of the Airbus yards, a submarine or “Escal Atlantique” dedicated to the boats left from the Atlantic yards).

The Grand Blockhaus Museum, a genuine command post from the Atlantic Wall, offers a unique experience in Europe.
The Croisic Oceanarium, with its 4,000 specimens, will delight visitors of all ages.
