The 3* Goélia “Les Chalets de Super-Besse” holiday residence offers apartments for up to 6 people.
GOELIA LES CHALETS DE SUPER-BESSE HOLIDAY RESIDENCE
The residence is located overlooking the resort and the Lac des Hermines, 200m from the Plaine des Moutons. Made of wood and stone, it is made up of 3 buildings (lift in each) in the style of the local architecture and offers comfortable apartments for 4 to 6 people, each apartment has a balcony or terrace (except the 3 room apartment for 6 people which has two balconies (one from the living room and one from the master bedroom upstairs)). The resort centre and the ski lifts are located about 1km from the residence. The residence also has outdoor parking.

Our apartments have a fully fitted kitchen (hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a bathroom, a ski locker (1 per apartment). Balcony. Television included.
* Sleeping high up is not suitable for children under the age of 6 (Decree No. 95.949 of 25/08/1995)

price of this insurance varies according to the total amount of your

- Multi-risk insurance:
This insurance covers our cancellation guarantee as well as snow
cancellation (breakage or theft of personal ski equipment, loss or theft
of ski pass, interruption of stay, interruption of snow activity),
assistance and repatriation. The price of this insurance varies
according to the total amount of your stay. If you add a service after
validation of the file, the amount of insurance may change(excluding
booking fees - price per accommodation): from €29.

- WiFi access (price per device) : simply connect to our supplier's website and pay directly by credit card (visa or mastercard). The prices are as follows: 1 day : €6, 3 days : €9, 1 week : €20, 2 weeks : €30, 1 week family offer (3 devices) : €30, 2 weeks family offer : €40. Goélia will let you know, when you arrive, the homepage of the website, but is not involved in the order, or in the connection.
- End of stay cleaning : If the accommodation is not left clean, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €65 for accommodation for 2 to 5 people, € 89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).
- Underground car park space : €34/week. To be paid on site, subject to availability.
- Pets :
Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of
€11/night, €36/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies
certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1
animal per accommodation only.
- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) : €15/stay. To be booked at the same time as the accommodation. We do not provide additional mattresses in order to guarantee the safety of your children. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required, subject to availability.

- Departure and arrival times:
Arrivals:
Saturday between 15:00 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the
accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one. For
any arrival except these schedules or another day, thanks to contact
the residence.
Departures: Before 10.00
- Deposit: 250€/accommodation (to be paid on site).
- Tourist tax: Approx. 1.21€/day/person according to the municipal decision (to be paid on site).
All your requests (floor, view, apartment No., etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but can not be guaranteed

Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel des Volcans d’Auvergne on the sunny southern slope of Sancy, Super Besse enjoys stunning views of the Puys range and the Cantal Volcano.Called “Family Mountains and More,” Super Besse is a modern and dynamic resort with many leisure facilities and a special welcome is reserved for families and children: activities, reception areas and specific entertainment.
In the summer, Super Besse becomes an open-air leisure park: nautical base and beach on the Lac des Hermines (swimming, kayaking, paddling , games for children … ), tree climbing , golf, horse riding, swimming pool, summer toboggan, mountain bike area, paragliding sites, Fantasticable zip line , deval’kart… To better take advantage of these activities the Leisure Pass, available at the resort, is a personal multi-activity package providing access to a large number of fun and sports activities at preferential rates.

The Perdrix cable car, alone, deserves a visit with its panoramic view of Super Besse. It is the starting point for a hike or mountain bike ride... If you like to explore, make sure to visit Besse, a medieval and renaissance city of the Auvergne mountains, and the castle of Murol and Vulcania: a fun theme park that explains the geology of volcanoes and our planet.
