Built on the dunes of Mimizan's southern beaches, the Goélia Les Gourbets residence comprises four two-story buildings. You'll be 800 meters from Mimizan town center and have easy access to local bars, restaurants, and shops.

snow cancellation coverage (breakage or theft of personal ski equipment,

- End-of-stay cleaning:
If the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition, or if
the guest prefers not to do it themselves: €65 for accommodation for 2
to 5 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, €99 for
accommodation for 8 to 9 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the
accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed
and put away).
- Pets: Small pets are accepted on a leash
for an additional fee of €11/night or €49/week, payable on site. Please
mention this when booking (rabies certificate required). Attack dogs
and category 2 dogs (guard/defense dogs) are not allowed. Only one pet
per accommodation.
- Cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, bathroom cleaner): €7/kit
- Baby equipment rental (bed, high chair and/or bathtub) delivered to the accommodation: €15/stay.
Must be booked at the same time as the accommodation and subject to
availability. In accordance with manufacturers' recommendations, we do
not provide extra mattresses for beds in order to ensure the safety of

Arrivals:
Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The time at
which the accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it
takes to prepare. For arrivals outside these times or on another day,
please contact the residence.
Departures: Before 10:00 a.m.
- Deposit:
€250/accommodation (to be paid on site). This deposit will be returned
to you on the day of departure after an inventory check or by mail
within 8 days in case of departures outside of opening hours.
- Tourist tax: Rates
on site. Price per person aged 18 and over (paid to the municipality)
to be paid on site. The tax may be revised at any time by the
municipality.
As this tax is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.

By car
In Bordeaux, take the A63 motorway then the RN 10 towards Bayonne. Exit at Labouyere No.16. Take the D626 secondary road towards Mimizan and continue to Mimizan Plage Sud. In Mimizan Plage, go to the Tourist Office and turn left on to Boulevard des Pêcheurs, cross the bridge, turn right on to Rue de la Jetée and continue along Avenue de l’Océan. The residence is at the end of this avenue on the left.

By the Atlantic ocean, between Arcachon and Bayonne, the village of Mimizan awaits you with its fine sandy beaches and its Landes pine forests.
Mimizan is a town on the Landes coast, located in Born country, 87km to the south-west of Bordeaux, split between two separate activity centres: Mimizan-Bourg and Mimizan-Plage, nicknamed "Pearl of the Côte d'Argent", is one of its main seaside resorts!
The seaside resort of Mimizan-Plage and its 10km of beach, on the banks of the Mimizan river (waterway of approximately 7km), is an ideal place for strolling, hiking and relaxing. A wonderful programme to share among family or friends, not forgetting the delights of the Gasconne table with: "les asperges des sables des Landes " asparagus, "Bœuf de Bazas", "Canards à foie gras du Sud-ouest" (duck foie gras from the south west), "Jambon de Bayonne" (Bayonne ham), and "volailles de Gascogne et des Landes" (Gascogne and Landes poultry).
"Villes et villages fleuris" certified, Mimizan is rich in natural environments presenting rare floral curiosities. The old abbey is listed as an "historical monument" and its door way and its bell-tower porch are UNESCO world heritage.
The original nature of the Mimizan resort lies in the fact that it is divided in two by the river: Mimizan Plage Nord where the majority of summer events take place, the seasonal markets and the pedestrian street and Mimizan Plage Sud where cycle paths and foot paths reign , which make it a special holiday spot.
The seaside resort of Mimizan appreciates families and especially children. Holder of the "station Kid" certification, it offers suitable infrastructure, a safe environment and events and entertainment.
This station is also "handiplage" with adapted access for disabled : adapted carpets, bronzing area and armchairs allowing the bathing.
The leisure activities on site: water sports, surfing, sea and lake fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, archery , a casino, a cinema and night clubs

Résidence idéalement située, facile d'accès. Accueil souriant, personnel d'accueil disponible, réactive et organisée. Appartement fonctionnel, peut-être un peu vieillissant mais ce n'est absolument pas gênant. La literie est confortable et propre, les oreillers un peu trop fermes mais il en faut pour tout le monde :) Séjour idéal au mois de mai avec de belles températures et pas trop de monde. Je recommande pour se dépayser et se reposer.

J’ai un regret, ne pas avoir lu les avis. Voilà pourquoi je vous partage le notre : Nous avons réservé le logement A3 car c’est le seul au rez de chaussée avec une douche donc il est considéré comme PMR. J’ai d’ailleurs un mail de vos services me confirmant qu’il s’agit bien d’un logement PMR. En réalité la douche les wc la chambre sont inaccessibles en fauteuil… nous avons galéré durant 4 jours. Pour dormir, la chambre est toute petite, il y a 30 cm de passage. Pour les wc, ils sont bas et il n’y a aucune barre pour se relever. Pour la douche, pareil il n’y a aucune barre, elle n’est pas très large (80 cm) et au sol ce sont des galets en relief donc glissants et inconfortables. Heureusement que nous étions en famille car seule je n’aurais pas pu m’en sortir ! En ce qui concerne le logement A4 pour mes enfants, dans une des chambres il y’a eu une fuite conséquente du plafond sur un des lits. Dans l’autre chambre, le ballon d’eau chaude faisait trop de bruit jour et nuit. Enfin le lavabo de la salle de bain avait une fuite. Ils ont été relogés au bout de 2 jours. Changer de logement en cours de séjour c’est aussi une vraie galère ! En ce qui concerne le logement A5, il n’était pas en meilleur état que les autres mais il a tenu le coup pour les 2 dernières nuits ! Vous l’aurez compris je ne recommande vraiment pas la résidence pour quelqu’un en fauteuil ! Pour les autres, il faut savoir que les logements sont plus que vétustes, ils sont en mauvais état. Seuls points positifs, la piscine intérieure et la proximité de l’océan !
