The residence

The 3* Goélia Les Jardins de l'Oyat holiday residence, with outdoor heated pool, is located 50m from the beach, in the centre of the seaside resort of Mimizan Plage, very near to the shops and musical bars with night time events in July and August.

GOELIA LES JARDINS DE L'OYAT HOLIDAY RESIDENCE

The holiday residence is made up of apartments in 4 buildings (2 two-floor ones without lifts, one 2-floor one and one 5-floor one with lifts) and underground car parks (1 space per accommodation).

Directly on site, you will find a reception, an outdoor heated pool open from 12/04/25 to 20/09/25 (10m x 6m - depth : 0,70m to 1,60m) and a fitness room, free to access.

Housing

OUR APARTMENTS FOR YOUR HOLIDAYS :

All the apartments have a fully fitted kitchenette (vitroceramic hobs, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, bathroom or shower room), and a balcony for the majority of apartments. Television included.

*The upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years (Decree No. 95.949 of 25/08/1995)

IMPORTANT:
You must never exceed the maximum number of people authorised for the apartment. For safety reasons, we will be required to deny you access (even if it is a baby).

The station

By the Atlantic ocean, between Arcachon and Bayonne, the village of Mimizan awaits you with its fine sandy beaches and its Landes pine forests.
Mimizan is a town on the Landes coast, located in Born country, 87km to the south-west of Bordeaux, split between two separate activity centres: Mimizan-Bourg and Mimizan-Plage, nicknamed "Pearl of the Côte d'Argent", is one of its main seaside resorts!

The seaside resort of Mimizan-Plage and its 10km of beach, on the banks of the Mimizan river (waterway of approximately 7km), is an ideal place for strolling, hiking and relaxing. A wonderful programme to share among family or friends, not forgetting the delights of the Gasconne table with: "les asperges des sables des Landes " asparagus, "Bœuf de Bazas", "Canards à foie gras du Sud-ouest" (duck foie gras from the south west), "Jambon de Bayonne" (Bayonne ham), and "volailles de Gascogne et des Landes" (Gascogne and Landes poultry).

"Villes et villages fleuris" certified, Mimizan is rich in natural environments presenting rare floral curiosities. The old abbey is listed as an "historical monument" and its door way and its bell-tower porch are UNESCO world heritage.

The original nature of the Mimizan resort lies in the fact that it is divided in two by the river: Mimizan Plage Nord where the majority of summer events take place, the seasonal markets and the pedestrian street and Mimizan Plage Sud where cycle paths and foot paths reign , which make it a special holiday spot.

The seaside resort of Mimizan appreciates families and especially children. Holder of the "station Kid" certification, it offers suitable infrastructure, a safe environment and events and entertainment.
This station is also "handiplage" with adapted access for disabled : adapted carpets, bronzing area and armchairs allowing the bathing.

- End of stay cleaning : If the accommodation is not left clean, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €65 for accommodation for 2 to 5 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, €99 for a accommodation for 8 to 9 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).

- Pets : Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of €10.50/night, €49/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1 animal per accommodation only.

- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) : €10/stay. To be booked at the same time as the accommodation. We do not provide additional mattresses in order to guarantee the safety of your children. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required, subject to availability.

Arrivals: Saturday between 15:30 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Departures: Before 10.00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception of the residence.

- Deposit: €250/accommodation (to be paid on site).

- Tourist tax: approx €1,58/day/person over 18 years old, according to the municipal decision (to be paid on site).

All your requests (floor, view, apartment No., etc) will b e taken into account as far as possible, but can not be guaranteed.

Access to the residence

By road:
From Bordeaux and Paris: Still follow the Bayonne direction via the RN10, take the Labouheyre exit or the Cap de Pin exit, in the Mimizan direction
From Pau: Aire Sur Adour direction via RN 134, then, in Aire sur Adour: take the Mont de Marsan direction via the D934, in Mont de Marsan: Mimizan direction via RN 124
From Bayonne and Spain: Bordeaux direction via the RN 10, then take the Cap de Pin exit, Mimizan direction
Arrive at Mimizan, take Brémontier street, number 17, as Maurice Martin street is a pedestrian street.
- Arrive at Mimizan, follow the "plage-océan" direction, "office de tourisme"
- Arrive at Mimizan beaches, turn left from the tourist office (boulevard des Pêcheurs) then turn right (rue de la Hall) and right again (rue Brémontier).
- Continue for a few metres ignoring the one-way sign (route allowed for locals).
Follow the "accueil" signs in the car park.
