GOELIA LE DOMAINE DES OYATS HOLIDAY RESIDENCE
Located about 700m from the Conches beach, in the heart of the forest, Le Domaine des Oyats is a perfect place to escape to the peaceful wilderness, with family or friends, halfway between La Tranche sur Mer (7km from the centre) and Longeville sur Mer (6km).
The residence is made up of semi-detached villas. It has a communal outdoor heated pool with a children's pool from 04/04/26 to 19/09/26. You will also find voleyball and basketball pitches, as well as table tennis table.

OUR ACCOMMODATIONS FOR YOUR HOLIDAYS :
All
the accommodation have a fully fitted kitchen (ceramic hobs, microwave
with grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle,
toaster), a wooden patio with garden furniture and a parasol. Patios are
separated from each other by screen partitions.
*The upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years (Decree No. 95.949 of 25/08/1995)
Each cottage has its own layout and some rooms cannot accommodate a
baby's cot. Be sure to specify when you make your reservation if this
condition is important
IMPORTANT:
You
must never exceed the maximum number of authorised people in the
accommodation. For safety reasons, we will be required to deny you
access (even if it is a baby).

INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY :
- Departure and arrival times:
Arrivals: Saturday between 15:00 and 19:00 (from 16:00 other days). The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Departures: Before 10.00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception for the residence
- Deposit: €250/accommodation. This deposit will be returned to you the day of departure after an inventory or by post within 8 days in the event of departures outside of opening hours.
- Tourist tax: Approximately €1.87/night/person 18 years of age and older. (The decision may be changed at any time by the municipality). As this is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.

Sports activities
Longeville-sur-Mer offers 7.2 km of beaches for swimming and water sports: surfing at Les Conches, one of the best spots in the Vendée, stand-up paddleboarding, kitesurfing, sailing and tubing.
The national forest can be explored on foot or by bike along seven signposted trails, a fitness trail and an educational trail.
The Marais Poitevin, meanwhile, is the perfect setting for canoeing or rowing trips in an unspoilt natural environment.
Sailing and surfing schools, sand yachting, tennis, horse riding and go-karting (in La Tranche-sur-Mer, 10 km away) round off the range of sporting activities on offer.
Heritage and cultural discovery
The Île d’Yeu is well known for its unspoilt beaches and historical remains: the 14th-century Vieux-Château and the dolmens at Les Petits Fradets and La Planche à Puare.
Just 15 km away, the salt marshes and oyster farm at Talmont-Saint-Hilaire offer guided tours, oyster tastings and local salt for sale.
The region’s architectural heritage is also well worth a visit: the Church of Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption, the Rabouillères mill, castles and abbeys, as well as Fontenay-le-Comte.
The Saint-Denis-du-Payré nature reserve (22 km), the island of Noirmoutier, the ‘Green Venice’ and the Puy-du-Fou (90 km) round off the range of possible excursions.
Leisure and shops
The Indian Forest Adventure Park (12 km) offers tree-top adventure courses, paintball, a water jump and a fun zone spread over 20 ha in the heart of the countryside.
O’Gliss Park (8 km) offers a wide range of attractions and relaxation areas for the whole family.
A cinema and a 370 m² aquatic centre are available in La Tranche-sur-Mer, less than 10 km away.
