- End-of-stay cleaning: If the accommodation is not left in a perfect state of cleanliness, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €49 for accommodation for 2 to 5 people (€51 from 29/10/22), €69 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people (€72 from 29/10/22), €79 for a accommodation for 8 to 9 people (€82 from 29/10/22) (to be paid on site). - Departure and arrival times:
Arrivals: Saturday between 15:00 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.

Departures: Before 10.00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception of the residence.

In the event of a delay or a late arrival, any other times must be confirmed before-hand via the complex's reception.

- Deposit : €250/accommodation (to be paid on site). This deposit will be returned to you the day of departure after an inventory or within 8 days by post in the event of departures outside of opening hours (provide a labelled and stamped envelope).

- Tourist tax: €1.50 per day and per person from 18 years old. The decision can be changed at any time by the municipality. The tax can be reviewed at any time by the municipality. As this is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for possible changes.

- All your requests (facing a particular way, floor, view, apartment no., etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Access to the residence

By road: From Paris: Take the A14 in the direction of Rouen. Continue on the A13/E05 and follow Le Havre/Caen. Then take A131/E05 in the direction of Pont de Tancarville/Le Havre/Fécamp. Continue on the N182 and cross the Pont de Tancarville then follow the Fécamp/Etretat direction. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit on the N15 by following St Eustache la Forêt/Bolbec. Cross Bolbec, Beuzeville-la Grenier then Epreville. Finally, enter Maniquerville and turn left. The complex is located opposite the Town hall.
