The 3* Goélia "Belle Epoque" holiday residence in Mers-les-Bains is located in the heart of the listed villa neighbourhood of Mers-les-Bains, in the market square.
GOELIA BELLE EPOQUE HOLIDAY RESIDENCE:
Very near to the shops and the cinema, 50m from the promenade to the large beach (sand and shingle), lined with restaurants and 3km from the Fishing port, the Goélia complex welcomes you in one of its 80 quality apartments.
The entire building is served by a lift. You can enjoy the heated indoor pool with children's pool (located on the 2nd floor) or even the sauna (extra charge). For your comfort, you can use the outdoor car park or the underground car park (extra charge). An ideal destination if you do not have a car (SNCF train station 700m away). The tourist office is in the same complex.

OUR APARTMENTS FOR YOUR HOLIDAYS:
The
tastefully decorated apartments have a fully fitted kitchen with
vitro-ceramic hobs (2 in the 2 rooms ones and 4 in the others), a
microwave grill, an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a
kettle and a toaster. The shower rooms or bathrooms have a heated towel
rail. Television included. No sea view in the complex.
*Sleeping high up is not suitable for children under 6 years old (Decree No. 95.949 of 25/08/1995)

must never exceed the maximum number of people authorised for the
apartment. For safety reasons, we will be required to deny you access

returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).
- Covered car park : €4/night or €25/week. From 31/10/26 : €10/night and €50/week. To be paid on site.
- Pets :
Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of
€11/night, €49/week (€9/night fro stays from 1 to 4 nights, and €7/night from 5 nights, from 31/10/26). Please mention when booking (anti-rabies
certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1

Check-in: Every days between 16:00 and 19:00 (except Wednesday and Sunday closed and saturday between 15:00 and 19:00). The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Check-out: Before 10:00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception of the residence.
- Deposit : €250/accommodation (to be paid on site). This deposit will be returned to you the day of departure after an inventory or within 8 days by post in the event of departures outside of opening hours (Please provide a labelled and stamped envelope).
- Tourist tax: approx €1.87/night/adult. The tax can be reviewed at any time by the municipality. As this is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.
- All your requests (floor, view, apartment no., etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

In Haute-Normandie, the twinned seaside resort of Tréport and Mers les Bains, overlooking the highest chalk cliffs in Europe, combine the charm of the fishing port of Tréport, lively in all seasons (shops, casino, markets and cinemas), and the exceptional architecture of the neighbourhood with the "Belle Epoque" listed villas of Mers-les-Bains. Between Etretat and the Somme bay, the region offers very varied landscapes of cliffs, marshland and salt marshes. Lively all year round, Tréport and Mers-les-Bains move to the rhythm of the tides.
In Tréport you will discover a fishing port with its 70 boats as well as a marina leading to streets lined with shops. The cliffs are illuminated in September every evening and give Tréport a festive charm with its musical events and its numerous restaurants.
To discover the upper and lower town of Tréport, you can freely get on the cable car which crosses the cliff to get to the summit at the beach in under 5 mins. The pebble beaches sandy at low tide, of Tréport and Mers-les-Bains at the foot of the cliffs, as well as the promenade which goes along the coast with its huts, are ideal for swimming and walking.
Decorated with small clock towers, balconies and bow windows, colourful façades and ceramics, the seaside area of Mers les Bains is full of charm from the Belle Epoque. Head off on the discovery of the town via its historic heritage and its legendary places just a few metres away, discover too the specifics of Tréport like the St Jacques church, the St Julien chapel, theold covered markets, and even the neighbourhood of Les Cordiers.
Sports and leisure activities: Tréport and Mers les Bains offer multiple water sports, fans of windsurfing, funboard, surfing, kayaking, fishing and sea outings will be happy there. With its horse riding centre, its mini golf located in front of the complex, its " bowl-in-café", its cinema and its market square in the heart of the town with its small shops and its kindergarten, Mers les Bains is the ideal destination for successful holidays.
Well -being: The water sports centre, O2 Falaises offers you 3 different areas: a water sports area with a children's pool heated to 32°, a leisure pool and 1 swimming sports pool, as well as an outdoor pool and a speed slide open from June to September; An Océane wellness area dedicated to relaxation and a fitness area with a cardio-training room.

Numerous hiking, cycling, and horse-riding routes offer opportunities to explore the surrounding area, such as the GR21 trail from Le Tréport to Criel-sur-Mer, the Coastal Path from Mers-les-Bains to Ault (7 km), and the "Chemin Vert du Petit Caux" greenway from Eu to Dieppe (17 km).
Horse riding, a skatepark, yoga, and fishing round out the range of sporting activities available.
Heritage and cultural discovery
The seaside district of Mers-les-Bains charms visitors with its Belle Époque villas, featuring a variety of colors and architectural styles.
The Le Tréport funicular takes you to the top of Europe's highest chalk cliffs, offering an exceptional panoramic view.

In Le Tréport, stroll along the quays and through the Quartier des Cordiers, and visit the Musée des Enfants du Vieux Tréport, the military cemeteries, and the Kahl-Burg—a German World War II bunker complex featuring 270 meters of tunnels across four levels.
Nearby, the town of Eu and its château, the Bois de Cise, and the Yères Valley are also well worth a visit.
