The 3* Goélia “La Résidence du Parc” holiday residence, welcomes you in the heart of a wooded and green park of 2,5 hectares. Between sea and countryside, stay in one of the 8 small buildings with a classic architecture.
GOELIA RESIDENCE DU PARC HOLIDAY RESIDENCE
At 3km from Honfleur, the 3* “Residence du Parc” offers apartments overlooking the park or the neighboring field. All shops and supermarkets near Honfleur. On site you will find an outdoor heated swimming pool with a swimming lane and a children pool, open depending the weather from 10/05/25 to 20/09/25, and from 04/04/26 a petanque court, a volley pitch, a wellness area with sauna and hammam (extra charge) as well as some outdoor plays for children. You will enjoy a free outdoor parking (one place per accommodation),a luggage room, a bike shed and a breakfast room (extra charge, to be booked the day before).

The
apartments are equiped with full fitted kitchen (vitroceramic hobs,
micro-wave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). All the
apartments (except studios for 2 people and 2 rooms for 4/5 people B)
have a balcony or a patio with garden furniture. Television is included.
* The upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old (Decree No. 95.949 of 25/08/1995)
IMPORTANT:
You
must never exceed the maximum number of people authorised for the
apartment. For safety reasons, we will be required to deny you access
(even if it is a baby).

The station
To get a change of air and scene, the little rural town of Boulleville on the outskirts of Honfleur, is the ideal starting point to visit Normandy:
- Honfleur (14km) 10 mins. away by car, is a famous seaside resort with a poetic charm and its port, characterful houses, its market, its restaurants with terraces, its art galleries, etc.
- Deauville (30km) is a prestigious resort of the Norman coast, internationally renowned with the American Cinema Festival , French in its elegance, mild due to the air that you breathe in there, festive due to its ambiance, and cultured from its exhibitions and concerts, it is always worth a visit.
Must see essentials : its colourful parasols on an endless beach, its famous " les planches" promenade, made from exotic wood, lined with beach huts with the names of the film stars who have visited the resort, and thalassotherapy .
- As well as the docks of Trouville, the Place du Casino in Cabourg, the Pays d'Auge (in particular the Cider route and the listed village of Beuvron en Auge), the stud farms, the Landing beaches, Omaha Beach, the Caen memorial (66km) and the coast of Nacre, Etretat (50 km).
- Fans of religious heritage will be able to visit the famous Basilica of Lisieux (35km). Still considering heritage, you cannot help but admire the period monuments of the châteaux d'Harcourt and the Château du Champ de Bataille (45km).
- Sophisticated foodies will be tempted by the local cheeses such as Camembert, Pont-l'évêque and Livarot (cheese dairy visit nearby to the complex)

returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).
- Pets :
Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of
€10.50/night (€11 from 01/11/25), €49/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies
certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1
animal per accommodation only.
- Breakfast : €13/adult/day and €7.50/child/day. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required.
- Wellness area access (sauna and hammam) :
€14 for 20 min solo session - €21 for 20 min duo session / €11.50 for
additional person with a maximum of 6 people (access prohibited to
minors unaccompanied by an adult and to children under 16). One free access to the wellness area per person per stay for any stay in 2 people studio

Check-in: Every days (except Wednesday and Sunday) between 15:00 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accommodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Check-out: Before 10.00 a.m.
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception of the residence.
- Deposit : €250/apartment. This deposit will be returned to you the day of departure after an inventory or by post within 8 days in the event of departures outside of opening hours.
- Tourist tax : €1.40/adult/night. (The decision may be amended at any time by the Municipality). As this is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.
- All your requests (floor, view, apartment No.,ect) will be taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
Access to the residence
By road: (198 km from Paris): From Paris, take the A13 direction Rouen-Caen, exit n°29 Le Havre/Honfleur/Pont de Normandie. Continue on A29. Take exit 1 to Aéroport Deauville-Normandie. Take D289. At the roundabout take the first exit on D579. Turn right on Château de Prêtreville.
By train: SNCF train station from Deauville 16 km.
By plane: Deauville St Gatien Airport 8 km.
