The 3* "Goélia Les 7 Iles" holiday residence, with hindoor heated pool, is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Perros-Guirec very near to the wonderful white sandy beach of Trestraou (200m), but also near to the Casino, the Spa "Les Bains" and the Palais des Congrès.

The 3* "Goélia Les 7 Iles" holiday residence is ideally located in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, in Perros-Guirec, a resort that is known for being lively all year round. During your stay, you will enjoy the indoor heated pool, the fitness room, the sauna (extra charge), the underground car park, and a breakfast room.
A car is not essential but we advise it to easily discover the region!
Housing
OUR APARTMENTS FOR YOUR HOLIDAYS:
The
apartment have a fully fitted kitchen (vitroceramic hobs, microwave
grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, extractor hood, kettle, Nespresso
coffee maker and toaster). Shower room with WC and heated towel rail (WC
sometimes separated in the 3 rooms 7 people). One underground car park
space per accommodation. Each apartment has a small balcony furnished
with a table and 2 garden chairs. Television and Wifi access included.
IMPORTANT:
You
must never exceed the maximum number of people authorised for the
apartment. For safety reasons, we will be required to deny you access
(even if it is a baby).

- End of stay cleaning :
If the accommodation is not
left clean, or if the holidaymaker prefers
not to do it: €65 for accommodation for 2 to 5 people, €89 for
accommodation for 6 to 7 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the
accommodation must be
returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored). Daily cleaning on request.
- Pets :
Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of
€11/night, €49/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies
certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1
animal per accommodation only.
- Breakfast : €13/adult/day and €7.50/child/day. Pre-booking required.
- Access to the wellness area (sauna): €14 for 20 min solo
session - €21 for 20 min duo session / €11.50 for additional person with a
maximum of 6 people (access prohibited to minors unaccompanied by an
adult and to children under 16).
- Launderette : rates on site.
- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) : €15/stay. To be booked at the same time as the accommodation. We do not provide additional mattresses in order to guarantee the safety of your children. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required, subject to availability.
INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY:
- Departure and arrival times:
Arrivals: Saturday between 15:30 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Departures: Before 10.00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception for the residence.
- Deposit: €250/unit (to be paid on site).
- Tourist tax: €1.76/day/person over 18 (The decision can be changed at any time by the Municipality). As this is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.
- All your requests (floor, view, apartment no., etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Station
Perros-Guirec is one of the most renowned seaside resorts in France. Located in Brittany, on the Côtes d'Armor, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the emblematic sites of the Pink Granite coast: Ploumanac'h, a village chosen as the favourite of the French in 2015 and famous for its granite outcrops, the famous GR 34: the "sentier des Douaniers ", the Archipelago of Sept-Iles, the enchanting Valley of Les Traouïros, Plougrescant, the island of Bréhat, a real little paradise, etc.
You can enjoy, in different ways, the numerous leisure activities and sports offered by the resort. It is up to you to choose how you would like to discover the region:
-Yachting: Discover the coast thanks to a walk organised by the Water sports centre of Perros-Guirec. From 4 years old, courses on offer in catamaran, sailing dinghy but also windsurfing or kayaking.
- Relaxation and leisure activities: The Casino Barrière welcomes you to its slot machines , 2 screening rooms, and also the AGAPA Spa Nuxe as well as the Spa "Les Bains" springs to relax.
- For the children : 3 beach clubs in July and August give you the option of accommodating your little darlings, but do not hesitate to do activities with them: The little merry-go-round, the miniature port and the mini golf are some of the events to do as a family.
- For the foodies, the resort is full of numerous restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the French specialities but especially the Breton ones.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La Résidence Les 7 îles est très bien située, les commerces, la plage, le sentier des douaniers à proximité immédiate, la magnifique côte de granit rose à nos pieds. Le logement 2 pièces que nous occupions est spacieux, bien équipé, très propre. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant. Parfait ! Nous reviendrons !
