How do I get a certificate of stay?

It is delivered by our residences at the time of your stay.

How do I get a paid invoice for our stay?

We invite you to make your request at our call center by telephone on 01.60.76.59.00 touch 3 and from 1 November 2022, contact us on 0820 434 438 (0,18€/min + local call) from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm or by email at info@goelia.com

I want to make a complaint?

We invite you to send an email to info@goelia.com or by mail to our head office GOELIA – Immeuble l’Européen – 114 Allée des Champs Elysées 91042 EVRY CEDEX, no later than 2 weeks after the end of the stay.
We remind you that 99% of claims can be settled on site at the reception.
