What are the payment methods?

Methods of payment accepted:

Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) secure payment by 3D Secure, Bank transfer up to 15 days before arrival (please contact us for this payment method), E-ANCV and CHEQUES VACANCES CONNECT only for bookings made on our website.

Bank or postal check payable to GOELIA up to 15 days before arrival. ANCV up to 15 days prior to arrival to send by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Thank you for sending us your order at the head office of GOELIA – Immeuble l’Européen – 114 Allée des Champs Elysées 91042 EVRY CEDEX.

Where do I send my check/ANCV payment?

For all reservations made via our website or at the call center, please send them to GOELIA Immeuble l’Européen – 114 allée des Champs Elysée 91042 EVRY CEDEX. They must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt with your reservation file number indicated in the part of the service provider and on the back of the Holiday Check (with coupons).Checks not sent as recommended and not received by Goélia are under the responsibility of the client.

For any reservation made with our residences, please send your payment directly on site (contact details available in the « practical information » tab)

When do I have to subscribe to the insurance offered? What are the guarantees?

The insurance must be taken out on the day of booking. This contract shall take effect at the time of subscription.
Our insurance partner Présence Assistance Tourisme offers 3 insurance.

Cancellation insurance

Cancellation insurance can be taken out when booking. This cancellation guarantee is valid in particular for medical reasons, accident, death including illness due to an epidemic or pandemic (declared illness, contact case, failure to obtain PCR test results before departure – traveler or member of his immediate family). The rate of this insurance is scalable to the total amount of stay (excluding case charges and insurance – price per accommodation): up to € 500: € 24 / From € 501 to € 850: € 40 / From € 851 to € 1,200: 48 € / From 1201 to 1500 €: 64 € / From 1501 to 3000 €: 84 € / From 3001 to 5000 €: 125 € / From 5001 to 8000 €: 180 € / From 8001 to 10 000 €: 300 € / From 10001 to 15,000 €: 500 € / From 15,001 to 20,000 €: 850 €


This insurance includes our cancellation guarantee as well as the special snow cancellation (breakage or theft of personal ski equipment, loss or theft of ski lift pass, interruption of stay, interruption of snow activity) assistance and repatriation. The rate of this insurance is scalable to the total amount of stay (excluding case charges and insurance – price per accommodation): Up to € 500: € 40 / From € 501 to € 850: € 52 / From € 851 to € 1,200: € 66 / From 1201 to 1500 €: 84 € / From 1501 to 3000 €: 116 € / From 3001 to 5000 €: 190 € / From 5001 to 8000 €: 250 € / From 8001 to 10,000 €: 410 € / From 10,001 to 15,000 €: 700 € / From 15,001 to 20,000 €: 1,100 €

If you add a benefit after the case is validated, the insurance amount may change.

In case of cancelation, you have a 5 working day delay with Presence Assistance Tourisme to declare your claim and make your claim on the site: www.gestion.presenceassistance.com

How much do I have to pay when booking?

25% deposit of the accommodation amount, including the costs of the file and the insurance, will be requested at the time of your booking. The balance must be paid 5 weeks before your arrival.
In case of reservation less than one month from the departure, the entire stay will have to be paid.

How can I book a suitable accommodation for disabled people?

What services are included in my booking?

For short stays, the hotel package includes bed linen, towels and TV. For all stays from 5 nights, TV is included on our residences GOELIA.

Water and electricity charges are included in your rental amount.

How do I benefit from my promotion code, partner code or works council code?

You can benefit from your company committee code and partners via the CE Space and Partners on our site Goelia.com.
You can benefit from your promotional code by entering it in the PROMOTIONAL CODE box on the registration form when you book.
Please note that partner discounts, works council and/or promotional code are only applicable at the time of booking and are not retroactive. Once the reservation has been confirmed, you will not be able to take advantage of your discount.

Do I need to add ski lift and/or ski equipment packages at the time of booking?

You can add the ski equipment up to the day before departure and for the ski lift package up to 4 days before arrival by contacting our call center on touch 3 from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm or by email at info@goelia.com
