Do I have a right of withdrawal?

Pursuant to L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to activities relating to the organization and sale of travel or stays on a specified date or period.

How can I add additional services to my booking?

You can add them at the time of your booking or by contacting our call center on 01.60.76.59.00 touch 3 from Monday to Friday from 09h to 19h or by email at info@goelia.com

How do I know if my online reservation has been taken into account?

When you register, you will receive by email the confirmation of your booking request. After checking availability within 48 hours, we will check it in and you will receive by email the confirmation and the reference of your stay (during the opening hours of our offices from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, excluding public holidays).

How do I distinguish a Goélia residence from a partner residence?

Our residences can be found in our catalog, as it is indicated under the name of each residence « Les Flocons d’Argent, a Goelia residence », as on our website « GOELIA Les Flocons d’Argent ». Residences whose Goélia brand is not attached to the name of the residence, are partner residences.

If I cancel my stay, what are the fees?

  • More than 45 days before arrival 70 € cancelation fee
  • From 44 to 31 days before departure: 25% of the total price of the stay
  • From 30 to 16 days before departure: 50% of the total price of the stay
  • From 15 to 8 days before departure: 75% of the total price of the stay
  • Less than 8 days before departure: 100 % of the total price of the stay.

    The case costs paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.
    Special cancelation conditions apply for our partner residences.

In case of change on my stay, what are the fees?

Change of file more than 45 days before departure:

  • €35 change fee
  • From 44 to 31 days before departure: 25% of the total price of the stay
  • From 30 to 16 days before departure: 50% of the total price of the stay
  • From 15 to 8 days before departure: 75% of the total price of the stay
  • Less than 8 days before departure: 100 % of the total price of the stay.

    If the amount of your reservation (including services) after modification is found to be less than the amount of the reservation before modification, we will retain the allowances noted above.
    Any request for an increase in the length of your stay will be made by Goelia at no additional cost.
    Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered by Goelia as an amendment and will be subject to the modification modalities with a minimum corresponding to the costs more than 45 days before departure.

I wish to change or cancel my reservation how can I proceed?

You can change your reservation (add optional services, change dates, etc…..) by telephone with our advisors on 01.60.76.59.00 from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm Remember to bring your reservation number.

When should I close my reservation?

A reminder will be sent automatically 45 days before your arrival, you have up to 30 days before your arrival to close your stay.

When will I receive my voucher?

Your voucher will be sent to you when your reservation is closed.

When will I receive my invoice?

It will be sent to you automatically by email 48h before your departure.

What if you haven’t received your confirmation email?
