How much is the application fee?

For each reservation, the sum of 11€ is charged for a case up to 4 nights and 23€ from 5 nights. These costs, in addition to the accommodation and related services listed in the catalog or on our website, are non-refundable and must be paid in full upon registration.

Is it possible to request wishes / preferences?

Your wishes will be noted at the time of registration, and are taken into consideration by the on-site managers, as far as possible and according to existing availabilities, but are never guaranteed.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are accepted on all our Goélia residences and on some partner residences. From 30 to 78€/animal/week depending on the residence. Their presence must be indicated during registration.

Only one animal is allowed per accommodation. For more details go to the « Practical information » tab on the residence page.

For our partner residences, we invite you to contact our call center on touch 3 from Monday to Friday from 09h to 19h.

Is it possible to arrive on a different day than Saturday?

Our stays are from Saturday to Saturday. For any arrival request on a day other than Saturday, you can view the possible dates of stay when selecting the arrival date in the calendar on our website.
If the date is selectable, it is possible.

Is it possible to exceed the capacity of the dwelling?

The number of persons per dwelling corresponds to the maximum authorized occupancy, taking into account the available equipment. It cannot be exceeded for reasons of security and insurance. We remind you that a baby is considered as a participant in the stay.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is usually on Saturdays between 3:30pm and 7:00pm, depending on our residence.

As for departure, the accommodation must be released at the latest before 10 am.

Guests arriving outside of these hours and on days other than Saturday must contact the front desk at least 72 hours prior to arrival to arrange an appointment.
During this time of pandemic, reception hours are restricted to respect the hours of ventilation between each client.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter ?

You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address in the framework provided for this purpose on our website. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the provisions of the French Data Protection Act, once a subscriber, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link provided for this purpose in the emails sent to you by GOELIA.

Can I benefit from GOELIA preferential rates for ski lifts and/or ski equipment on site?

In order to benefit from GOELIA preferential rates, the reservation of the ski lift passes must be made and paid at the latest 4 days before arrival. Reservations for ski equipment can be made and paid by the day before arrival. Payment possible only by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) payment secured by 3D Secure.

I would like to extend my stay, to whom should I speak?

Before your departure or on site, you can ask us at any time. We invite you to contact our call center on touch 3 from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00 or by contacting the residence directly (contact details available in the « Practical information » tab of the residence page).

Is the baby kit provided?

The loan of baby equipment (bed, chair, bathtub): to be reserved at the same time as the accommodation, according to availability.

Regarding beds, in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations, we do not provide additional mattresses to guarantee the safety of your children.

What is a cabin corner?

A cabin area consists of a single bed or 2 bunk beds most often positioned in the entrance.
