In any case, the accommodation must be left with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and put away).

- Pets:
Small pets are accepted on a leash for an additional fee of €7/night for stays above 5 nights or €9/night for stays from 1 to 4 nights, payable on site. Please mention this when booking (rabies
certificate required). Attack dogs and category 2 dogs (guard/defence
dogs) are not permitted. Only one pet per accommodation.
- Cleaning kit:

- Deposit: €250 per accommodation (to be paid on site).
- Tourist tax: €2.86 per day and per person over the age of 18. (The decision may be changed at any time by the local council). As this tax is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.
- All
your requests (exposure, floor, view, apartment number, etc.) will be
taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

The Serre Chevalier Chantemerle resort is located at the foot of the most beautiful peaks of the Ecrins National Park. The Hautes-Alpes department is the only department in the Alps that has no part of its territory outside the mountains.
The resort offers no less than 250 km of marked slopes winding between 2,830 and 1,200 metres above sea level. The Serre Chevalier Vallée ski area is one of the 10 largest in Europe and the fifth largest in France: 62 ski lifts (2 cable cars, 5 gondola lifts, 21 chairlifts, including 10 detachable ones, 31 ski lifts and 3 magic carpets) serve 101 slopes (12 black, 37 red, 28 blue runs and 24 green runs), with 80% of the runs located at an altitude of over 2,000 metres.
In the Villeneuve sector, Serre Chevalier has developed its snowpark at an altitude of 2,200 metres. Comprising 3 distinct areas (beginners, intermediate, experts), this space is entirely dedicated to snowboarding and offers around 30 modules spread over nearly 4 hectares. It allows you to learn ‘Freestyle’ in complete safety.
The resort also has a proper cross-country skiing area, as well as various snowshoe trails.
A paradise for families and young children, here children are king (the resort has been awarded the ‘Famille Plus Montagne’ label).
In Chantemerle, the ‘Piou-piou’ club is a secure area reserved for young children
Winter mountain holidays are obviously synonymous with skiing, but that's not all. During your stay in Serre Chevalier, you will ski, but you will also relax, rest, recharge your batteries, enjoy good food and, of course, have fun. The ski resort located in the Hautes-Alpes in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur is renowned for its breathtaking natural setting, its ski slopes, and all the facilities and amenities available to you. The ski area is very large (410 hectares) and is one of the largest in Europe. There are many activities and events related to skiing, and the teams on site are extremely professional. Spending your holidays in Serre Chevalier is also an opportunity to discover a rich natural heritage and a town with a thousand facets. Indeed, Briançon, labelled a Town of Art and History, is full of wonders to discover!
A wide range of snowshoeing excursions is available by day or night, sometimes near the Vauban forts often featuring a gourmet treat or a yoga session.
Thrill-seekers can try their hand at fatbiking, snowkiting, ice climbing, or the giant zip line.
Mountain karts, ice karts, and snowmobiles will appeal to motorsports enthusiasts, while a dog-sledding trip offers the chance to discover breathtaking winter landscapes.

Serre Chevalier also offers the chance to discover a rich natural heritage and a multifaceted town: Briançon designated a "Town of Art and History" is brimming with wonders waiting to be explored.
As for events, the resort will host the inaugural Outdoormix Winter Festival from April 2 to 4, 2027, blending snow sports, entertainment, and music in a relaxed atmosphere. The lineup includes DJ sets, major concerts, freestyle snowboarding and skiing, and a waterslide all set within an event village located at an altitude of over 2,000 meters.

Résidence mal entretenue. Literie très usée, inconfortable. Nous avons trouvé le lit taché et moisi. L’alaise a été changé à notre demande. La piscine n’est pas entretenue correctement. Il reste des particules noires au sol dans la piscine chaque jour. Le sol en bois autour de la piscine est dangereux. Les plaques se lèvent ou s’enfoncent. Attention aux pieds !!! À notre arrivée dans l appartement, nous avons constaté une paire de volets deposé sur la terrasse, des volets qui ne pouvaient pas se fermer dans les chambres. Une porte de chambre qui ne pouvait pas se fermer correctement. Le pommeau de douche qui fuyait, impossible de se doucher comme cela ! Un mail a été fait à Goelia, sans retour de leur part! Un manque de professionnalisme ! Toutes ces demandes ont été dites à notre arrivée, cela fait beaucoup pour une résidence à 4 étoiles .
