Save time on the slopes: Book your individual ski lift pass for 2025/2026 at a preferential rate and pick it up at the reception along with your keys on the day of your arrival.

Special offer reserved for Goélia clients: book your passes at the same time as your accommodation, or no later than 8 days before arrival. You can cancel your ski lift passes free of charge up to 10 days before arrival (only administrative fees will be charged).

Prices may be changed at any time by the ski lift operators. Goélia is not responsible for any changes.

OFFER: For individual 6- or 7-day Paradiski passes from 13/12/25 to 18/04/26, enjoy 1/2 day of free skiing (the day before the valid day, starting from 12:30 PM). Must be indicated in the comments section at the time of booking.

BOOKING TERMS

MANDATORY! Birthdates must be entered in the format DD/MM/YYYY. Otherwise, the passes cannot be processed.

6- and 7-day passes: Skiing days from Saturday to Friday or Sunday to Saturday, to be specified when booking.

Family passes: Reserved for families of at least 4 people with a maximum of 2 adults/seniors (13–74 years) + minimum 2 children/juniors (5–17 years). A copy of the relevant page(s) of the family book must be sent by email to the residence reception no later than 8 days before arrival. Without proof, the passes cannot be issued and will be non-refundable.

CHILDREN UNDER 5 AND SENIORS
Free for children under 5. For seniors 75 years and older: €10 + hands-free support.
Proof of age will be requested to benefit from these rates.

Goélia’s selling price includes the mandatory hands-free support.

OUR INCLUDED SERVICES:

- Water and electricity charges
- Television
- WIFI access at the reception during its opening hours.
- Access to the covered heated pool (10m x 5m, depth: from 0.50m to 1.40m) opens all days except Saturday.


OUR EXTRA SERVICES:

- Cancellation insurance for all justified causes: Cancellation insurance can be taken out when booking. This cancellation guarantee is valid in particular for medical reasons, accident, death including illness due to an epidemic or pandemic (declared illness, contact case, failure to obtain PCR test results before departure - traveler or member of his immediate family). The price of this insurance varies according to the total amount of your stay. If you add a service after validation of the file, the amount of insurance may change (excluding administrative fees and insurance - price per accommodation): from €19.

- Multi-risk insurance: This insurance covers our cancellation guarantee as well as snow cancellation (breakage or theft of personal ski equipment, loss or theft of ski pass, interruption of stay, interruption of snow activity), assistance and repatriation. The price of this insurance varies according to the total amount of your stay. - Bed linen: 12 €/person. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

- Beds made on arrival: 10 €/person (linen not included). To be paid on site. Pre-booking required.

- Towels: 10 €/person/ kit. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

- Pack bed linen + towels: 20 €/person/kit. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

- End of stay cleaning : If the accommodation is not left clean, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €65 for accommodation for 2 to 5 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, €99 for a accommodation for 8 to 9 people and €119 for accommodation for 10 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored). Possibility of daily cleaning (rates on site).

- Underground car park : €54/week. To be paid on site, subject to availability.

- Pets : Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of €11/night, €49/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1 animal per accommodation only.

- Bakery service at reception: Order, payment and bread taking at reception.

- Wellness area access (sauna/hammam) : €14 for 30 min solo session - €21 for 30 min duo session - €11.50 per additional person with a maximum of 6 people (access prohibited to minors unaccompanied by an adult and to children under 16).

- Maintenance kit (dish soap, dishwasher tablet, sanitary detergent) : €7 /kit.

- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) : €15/stay. To be booked at the same time as the accommodation. We do not provide additional mattresses in order to guarantee the safety of your children. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required, subject to availability.

INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY:

- Departure and arrival times:
Arrivals: Saturday between 15:00 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one. For any arrival except these schedules or another day, thanks to contact the residence.
Departures: Before 10.00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception for the residence.

- Deposit: €250/accommodation (to be paid on site).

- Tourist tax: Approx. €2.75/day/person over 18 years old, according to the municipal decision (to be paid on site). Goélia is not responsible for changes to this municipal tax.
