- End-of-stay cleaning: If the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €65 for accommodation for 2 to 4 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 people, €99 for accommodation for 8 people, €119 for accomodation for 10 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be left with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and put away).
- Covered parking: €50/week/car. Compulsory service. To be paid on site.
- Pets:
Small pets are accepted on a leash for an additional fee of €11/night
or €36/week, payable on site. Please mention this when booking (rabies
certificate required). Attack dogs and category 2 dogs (guard/defence
dogs) are not permitted. Only one pet per accommodation.

- Cleaning kit:

Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3pm and 7pm. The time at which the
accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it takes to
prepare. For any arrivals outside these times or on another day, please
contact the residence.
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the residence reception.
- Deposit: €250 per accommodation (to be paid on site).
- Tourist tax:
Rates on site. Price per day and per person over 18 years of age
according to municipal decision (to be paid on site). As this tax is a
local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.
- All
your requests (exposure, floor, view, apartment number, etc.) will be
taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Located at the gateway to the Ecrins National Park and in the heart of the wild Oisans region, the Serre-Chevalier valley is a mountain in its purest form, a constellation of three authentic villages. Here, you feel like you are in the heart of the Alps, with the highest point being ‘Les Agneaux’ at an altitude of 3,664 metres.
Visitors can choose from a multitude of activities. The region's major asset is its climate, with 300 days of sunshine per year, influenced by both the Mediterranean and the mountains.
Serre-Chevalier is the only resort in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region to offer its customers a thermal spa centre, ‘Les Grands Bains’ in Monétier. Flowing naturally at 45°C, this spring has been flowing since the dawn of time: the water that comes out of it has healing properties (rheumatism and skin problems), but it is also relaxing and regenerating after a good day of activities.
