Residence open from February to October and for the end-of-year holidays.  

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:

- Wi-Fi at reception during opening hours. Access limited to 30 minutes per day per adult.
- Access to the heated outdoor swimming pool (open from April) 
- Access to the heated indoor swimming pool

- Access to the fitness room 


OUR ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

- Cancellation insurance for all justified reasons: Cancellation insurance can be taken out at the time of booking. This cancellation cover is valid in particular for medical reasons, accident, death, including illness due to an epidemic or pandemic (declared illness, contact case, failure to obtain PCR test results before departure - traveller or close family member). The price of this insurance varies according to the total cost of your stay. If you add a service after your booking has been confirmed, the price of the insurance may change (excluding booking fees and insurance - price per accommodation): from €17.

- Comprehensive insurance: This insurance includes our cancellation cover as well as special snow cancellation cover (breakage or theft of personal ski equipment, loss or theft of ski pass, interruption of stay, interruption of snow activities), assistance and repatriation. The price of this insurance varies according to the total cost of your stay (excluding booking fees - price per accommodation): from €29.

These insurance policies must be booked at the time of booking and cannot be ordered at a later date.

- Bed linen: €12/person. To be paid on site. Advance booking recommended.

- Beds made on arrival: €10/person (linen not included). To be paid on site. Advance booking required.

- Towels: €10/person/set. To be paid on site. Advance booking recommended.

- Bed linen + towel pack: €20/person/set. To be paid on site. Advance booking recommended.

- Wi-Fi access (price per device): Rates available on site.

- End-of-stay cleaning: If the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it themselves: €65 for accommodation for 2 to 5 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be left with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and put away).

- Pets: Small pets are accepted on a leash for an additional fee of €11/night or €49/week, payable on site. Please mention this when booking (rabies certificate required). Attack dogs and category 2 dogs (guard/defence dogs) are not permitted. Only one pet per accommodation.

- Continental breakfast: €13/adult/day, €7.50/child/day (aged 6 to 12 inclusive). Must be pre-booked with the residence and paid for on site.

- Private access to the sauna: €14/20-minute session for one person, €21/20-minute session for two people, €11.50 per additional person, maximum 6 people (access prohibited to minors unaccompanied by an adult and children under 16).

- Laundry: prices available on site

- Cleaning kit (washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bathroom cleaning products): €7/kit

- Baby equipment hire (cot, high chair and/or bath) delivered to your accommodation: €15/stay. To be booked at the same time as your accommodation and subject to availability. In accordance with manufacturers' recommendations, we do not provide extra mattresses for cots in order to ensure your children's safety. To be paid on site.


INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY:

- Departure and arrival times:
Arrivals: Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3.30 pm and 7 pm. The time at which the accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it takes to prepare. For arrivals outside these times or on another day, please contact the residence.

Departures: Before 10:00 a.m.

- Deposit: €250/accommodation (to be paid on site). This deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure after an inventory check or by post within 8 days in the event of departures outside opening hours.

- Tourist tax: Rates on site. Per person aged 18 and over (paid to the local council) to be paid on site. The tax may be revised at any time by the local council.
As this tax is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.

- All your requests (exposure, floor, view, apartment number, etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed. 

These rates are valid for all new bookings made on or after 10 November 2025.
