At the edge of the Pays d’Iroise, midway between Brest and Le Conquet, LocMaria enjoys a stunning geographical location at the heart of magnificent countryside with 7km of coastline and beaches. A water-focused but nonetheless very diverse area, Le Finistère and the Breton coastline are known to be one of France’s top tourist destinations.
Just 20m from the beach, the residence offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Ocean as it overlooks the Iroise bay. In a 4 hectare park at the edge of the sea, this pedestrian residence has direct beach access and is comprised of semi-detached houses, most of which have a view of the water. At the centre of the residence is a recreation centre with indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool from 04/04/26 to 26/09/26 then from 03/04/27 to 25/09/27 depending on weather, sauna (extra charge), and fitness room.
From the residence, explore: the Molène archipelago, one of ten sites in France protected by its UNESCO “Réserve de biosphère” designation and made up of 3 tiny islands: Banneg, Banaleg, and Trielen. Numerous colourful fishing ports, the islands of Ouessant and Sein, the Crozon presque-isle, the Pointes de Toulinguet, and the Tas de pois.

All the apartments have a Fully fitted kitchen (vitroceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster). Balcony or patio with garden furniture. Television included.

- End-of-stay cleaning: If the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €65 for accommodation for 2 to 4 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, €99 for accommodation for 8 to 9 people (to be paid on site). In all cases, the accommodation must be left with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and put away).
- Pets :
Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of
€11/night, €49/week (€9/night fro stays from 1 to 4 nights, and €7/night from 5 nights, from 31/10/26). Please mention when booking (anti-rabies
certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1

Arrivals: Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm. The time at which the accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it takes to prepare. For arrivals outside these times or on another day, please contact the residence.
Departures: Before 10:00 a.m.
- Deposit: €250/accommodation (to be paid on site). This deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure after an inventory check or by post within 8 days in the event of departures outside opening hours.
- Tourist tax: €1.27 per day and per person over the age of 18. The tax may be revised at any time by the local council. As this tax is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.
- All your requests (exposure, floor, view, apartment number, etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
