accommodation must be left with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and

Small pets are accepted on a leash for an additional fee of €11 €/

unit.
- Covered car park : €50/week/car. Compulsory service. To be paid on site.
- Continental breakfast : €13/adult/day, €7.50/child/day (ages 6 to 12 inclusive). Must be pre-booked with the residence and paid for on site.
- Sea view : €40/week for side view (2 rooms 4 6 people) or €120/week for front view (2 rooms 6 people or 3 rooms 6 people). To be paid on site. Pre-booking highly recommended, subject to availability.
- Private access to the sauna or hammam : €14/20-minute
session for one person, €21/20-minute session for two people, €11.50
per additional person with a maximum of 6 people (access prohibited to
minors unaccompanied by an adult and children under 16 years of age).
- Baby equipment hire (cot, high chair and/or bath) delivered to your accommodation:
€15/stay (. To be booked at the same time as your accommodation and

recommendations, we do not provide extra mattresses for cots in order to

Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3pm and 7pm. The time at which the
accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it takes to
prepare. For arrivals outside these times or on another day, please
contact the residence.
Departures: Before 10:00 a.m.
- Deposit: €250/accommodation
(to be paid on site). This deposit will be returned to you on the day
of departure after an inventory check or by post within 8 days in the
event of departures outside opening hours.
- Tourist tax: According
to current regulations. (The decision may be changed at any time by the
local council). As this tax is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible
for any changes.
- All your requests (exposure, floor, view,
apartment number, etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible,
but cannot be guaranteed.

During your stay in the sunniest region of France, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, you will have plenty of time to explore the French Riviera. You can also enjoy a wide range of water sports and diving in a superb location: the bay of Toulon, one of the most beautiful in Europe.

The Var can also be explored on foot. From your Le Cap d'Azur residence, it is very easy to reach one of the many walking trails on the Saint-Mandrier peninsula: the botanical discovery trail on Grand Gaou Island starting from Six-Fours-les-Plages, a visit to the village of La Ciotat, a circular walk in the forest of Maougavi in the commune of Ceyreste... So many ideas for walks to enjoy the charms of Provence.
Why not take advantage of your holiday in the Var to visit the surrounding area? Sanary, with its pedestrianised streets, terrace restaurants, harbour and night market, is only a few minutes away by car. The same goes for the typical villages scattered around the Bandol AOC vineyards, such as La Cadière d'Azur, Le Castellet and Evenos. If you venture as far as Toulon, you can visit its famous harbour and military port, or take the cable car to the top of Mont Faron for a fabulous view of the city, the Mediterranean coast and the islands.

Nouvelle résidence goelia à recommander.Emplacement et équipements correspondent au descriptif, le tout bien entretenu et fonctionnel .Mention particulière au personnel en charge du bon fonctionnement de l'établissement. Grand sourire accueillant de Dehlia. On profitera des promotions offertes en basse période pour un point de départ rayonnant sur toute la région parfaitement équipée en moyens de déplacement.

Séjour du 21 au 28 Mars 2026, Base Saison hors période vacances scolaire,Très bon accueil à l'arrivée, la résidence est en forme d'un bateau avec une très belle vue face à la mer/plage ; Nous avons opté un logement de type 4 personnes de 30m2 au prix pour 4 personnes, mais nous ne sommes que 3 personnes adultes à loger seulement ! Je souligne à cette période base saison hors les vacances scolaires, Goélia propose les types d'appartement de 30 m2 aussi au tarif de 2 personnes à un prix inférieur soit moins cher de 60€ par rapport les types de logement 30 m2 pour 4 personnes. Mais on avait préféré et opter un logement de 4 personnes au tarif supérieur et payé plus cher de 60€ en pensant qu'on sera plus confortable. Mais, contre tout attente, on nous a fourni un petit appartement à l'angle au fond de l'immeuble au RJ et ne donnant pas la vue sur la mer ni aucune autre vue. On a nous a affecté un appartement dans l'angle au RJ et au fond de l'immeuble avec une salle de bain avec les murs faïences cassés de 5 carreaux et l'habillage autour de la baignoire jusqu'au sol non finie, abimé, non conforme aux normes des salles sanitaire et voir dangereux à l'usage ! Car lors qu'on sort de la baignoire, on peut être frotter et peut être blessé et être cratignures...On était obligé d'acheter un grand tapis pour poser par dessus pour ne pas être blessé et aux fins d'évier les accidents ! Malgré mes signalements avec l'appui des photos et vidéos à la réceptionniste et sollicité le changement de logement dès mon arrivé...mais elle n'a pas pris en considération et elle n'a jamais donné suite jusqu'au la fin de notre séjour ! Notre requête est restée mort ! Alors qu'en cette période de base saison hors vacances scolaires, presque tous les appartements sont disponibles et vides et non occupés, à savoir pourquoi ? C'est très décevant venant d'une si grande chaine de location tel que GOELIA et ce pourtant à cette période de base saison du mois de mars, les appartements ne sont pas occupés et la résidence est presque vide non occupation. Nous avons constaté avec un autre vacancier que les chaises sont bien abimés et les couverts et vaisselles ne sont pas complets et la liste n'est pas à jour... Je tenais à préciser que mon avis n'est pas dans le but de critiquer l'établissement mais c'est juste dans la bienveillance pour alerter la dangerosité du sol de la salle de bain de cet appartement ainsi pour prévenir les accidents à éviter aux autres vacanciers. Notre séjour a été un peu gâché avec ces défauts du sol de la SB et les chaises abimées qu'on ne peut pas trop assise pour profiter nos repas...
