The residence

The "Le Domaine de la Pinède" Goélia holiday complex is ideally situated by the sea, with no road to cross, in the calm on a hill of the Cap Nègre.


THE GOELIA LE DOMAINE DE LA PINÈDE COMPLEX

The complex overlooks the sea, in the heart of a 10 hectare estate with lush Mediterranean vegetation.

Upon leaving the complex, you will find a safe cycle path which runs from Hyères to Le Lavandou, with all the shops and services of the centre of Cavalière, just 1 km from the complex (with restaurants on the Plage de Pramousquier, and nearby shops 500 metres away).

The complex is entirely accessible on foot (paved paths). Car parks (one space per accommodation) are located at the entrance of the complex, near to the reception.

The Plage de Pramousquier can be accessed directly via a private path heading down from the complex to the beach (with restaurants on the Pramousquier beach) and nearby shops 500 metres away.

Upon leaving the complex, the beaches of Cavalière are 1km from there.

In the complex, a heated infinity-edge pool (16m x 8m - depth 0.55m to 2.60m) with solarium overlook the bay. The view there is wonderful. The solarium of the pool is spacious and surrounded by loungers. The space is open from  from 02/04/22 to 29/10/22 and from 01/04/23 to 28/10/23. Sports ground (table football) boules and table tennis,  children's play area, bike rental,  bakery/pastry service (with extra charge).

OUR APARTMENTS

The accommodation is spread out among the green, on the hill, in small, single or two storey blocks at the most.
They always have a terrace on the ground floor or a balcony on the first floor, and are furnished with garden furniture.
Considering its hillside position, the complex is not advisable for people with difficulties getting around.
All the apartments have furnished kitchenette areas (refrigerator, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle).
Television is included. 

The 3 room cabin for 6/8 people plus is an atypical accommodation. Please contact the residence for more details.

IMPORTANT:
You must never exceed the maximum number of people authorised for the dwelling. For safety reasons, we would have to deny you access.

The station

Le Lavandou is a wonderful seaside resort, located in the heart of Var, opposite the Iles d'Or (Porquerolles, Port Cros, le Levant), between the Hyères Peninsula on the one hand, and Cavalaire and Saint Tropez to the West (20 to 25km).

What makes Lavandou unique is the extent of the diversity of its beaches, landscapes and seabed, but also the variety of activities which are on offer there.

Around the port of Le Lavandou and its large fine sandy beach, you will find a very lively resort, with various shops and services. By staying in the Municipality of Le Lavandou, but also going to places as renowned as Pramousquier, Cavalière and Cap Nègre, you will discover a Côte d'Azur of spectacular and unspoilt landscapes, of which the Domaine de la Pïnède is an example.

Le Lavandou stretches over 12 kilometres of the coastline and has 12 fine sandy beaches. The beaches benefit from the ""blue flag"" certification, highlighting the quality of the bathing waters.

The Goélia le Domaine de la Pinède complex directly overlooks the beach of Pramousquier, that you can reach via a direct and private footpath leading from the complex to the beach. Just 1km from the complex, you find another of the most beautiful beaches of Le Lavandou, the beach of Cavalière, with entertainment of the centre of a resort and all the nearby shops. The beaches are surrounded by bars and beach restaurants, with beach mat rental.

The beaches of Le Lavandou, surrounded by long fine sandy beaches, like in Cavalière or located in the centre of vast coves surrounded by pine trees, like in Pramousquier, have a lot of water sports: scuba diving or snorkelling in the clear waters, sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing and upward parachuting. In the marina of Le Lavandou (10km from the complex), you can take the vessels letting you visit the Iles d'Or or rent a boat.

From Le Lavandou, you can visit the resorts of Cavalaire sur Mer, Saint-Tropez (25km), the villages of the inland Provence region, like Bormes les Mimosas, or discover the extraordinary seaside botanical garden of Rayol Canadel.

The Municipality of Le Lavandou is very lively, with numerous festivities organised in summer, especially the big concerts and theatre evenings, traditional festivals (for example, Saint John's Festival on 24th June) and an open air cinema. However, if you are a casino fan, you must head to Hyères or Cavalaire sur Mer, twenty kilometres from there.

Cancellation insurance for all justified causes: Cancellation insurance can be taken out at the time of booking. This cancellation insurance is valid for medical reasons, accident, death including illness due to an epidemic or pandemic (declared illness, contact case, failure to obtain PCR test results before departure - traveller or close family member). The price of this insurance varies according to the total amount of your stay. If you add a service after validation of the booking, the amount of insurance may change (excluding administrative fees and insurance - price per accommodation): up to 500€: 24€ / From 501 to 850€: 40€ / From 851 to 1200€: 48€ / From 1201 to 1500€: 64€ / From 1501 to 3000€: 84€ / From 3001 to 5000€: 125€ / From 5001 to 8000€: 180€ / From 8001 to 10000€: 300€ / From 10001 to 15000€: 500€ / From 15001 to 20000€: 850€

Multi-risk insurance: This insurance includes our cancellation guarantee as well as assistance and repatriation. The price of this insurance varies according to the total amount of your stay. - Our pet friends: Small pets are accepted on a leash subject to an extra charge of €39 per week, €7 per day or €90 for 3 weeks or more (to be paid on site). Please mention when booking (anti-rabies certificate is mandatory). Attack dogs (pit bull) and second category ones (guard / defence) are banned. (1 animal per accommodation only.)

- WiFi in the lets: simply connect to the site of our supplier and each customer will pay via bank card (Visa and Mastercard accepted) when he or she first connects. The prices are as follows: €5 - day / €9 - three days / €20 - per week / €25 - per “family” week / €25- for two weeks. Goelia will give you the homepage of the site when you arrive but will not be involved in the order or the log-in.

- End-of-stay house cleaning : If the accommodation is not left in a perfect state of cleanliness, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €49 for accommodation for 2 to 5 people (€51 from 29/10/22), €69 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people (€72 from 29/10/22), €79 for a accommodation for 8 to 9 people (€82 from 29/10/22) (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).

- Sheets : €10.50 per bed (€11 from 29/10/22) - to be paid on site

- Beds made on arrival: €21 per bed (€22 from 29/10/22) - to be paid on site

- Towels : € 8/person/change (€8.50 from 29/10/22) - 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel. To be paid on site

- Hygiene kit (washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bathroom product): €6/kit


INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY:
Arrivals: Saturday between 15:30 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.

Departures: Before 10.00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception for the residence.

- Deposit: €300 per accommodation (to be paid on site). - Tourist tax: approx. €1.65 per day and per person according to the municipal decision (to be paid on site).

Le domaine en juin est idéal ; nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et de la plage sans trop de monde . La résidence est très fleurie et très agréable - très calme lors de notre passage . A qqs minutes de cavalière où il y a un peu plus de vie et idéalement situé pour se ballader à Bormes , Lavandou ou même St Tropez. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à 4 avec enfants . Ils ont adoré la piscine qui convient à tout le monde petits et grands. Les petits + sont bienvenus, le pain frais le matin par exemple .... Nous recommandons sans hésitation
