Located on Saint-Mandrier peninsula, this resort enjoys a great location in the Var. On the Mediterranean coast, this region is the sunniest in France with 300 days of sunshine per year, so it offers many nautical activities. With its large sandy beaches and secluded coves hidden behind cliffs, everyone can find their own paradise. If you are of an adventurous disposition, you can sail to the islands of Porquerolles, Levant, and Port- Cros and discover the legend of the Two Brothers near the Sablettes.
From Bandol to Hyères peninsula, and on the other side of Toulon, the region has a lot to offer, you can take the sun on the beach, explore the landscape, or enjoy a night-time stroll on the market in Sanary-sur-Mer. And lastly, the most beautiful natural port in Europe is revealed to you as you return Mont Faron, overlooking Toulon, in the cableway.
Ideally located only 20 metres from the beach, this air-conditioned residence opens onto a landscaped patio with a heated outdoor pool open from april to end of october depending on weather. During your stay, you will also have access to the indoor pool, the gym, the hot-tub, and the sauna.

- End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette):
If the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition, or if
the holidaymaker prefers not to do it themselves: €65 for accommodation
for 2 to 5 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, €99 for
accommodation for 8 to 9 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the
accommodation must be left with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and
put away).
- Pets:
Small pets are accepted on a leash for an additional fee of €11 €/
night or €49/week, payable on site. Please mention this when booking
(rabies certificate required). Attack dogs and category 2 dogs
(guard/defence dogs) are not permitted. Only one pet per accommodation
unit.
- Compulsory parking: To be paid on site
- Breakfast : €13/adult/day and €7.50/child/day. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required.
- Private access to the sauna or hammam : €14/20-minute
session for one person, €21/20-minute session for two people, €11.50
per additional person with a maximum of 6 people (access prohibited to

Arrivals:
Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3pm and 7pm. The time at which the
accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it takes to
prepare. For arrivals outside these times or on another day, please
contact the residence.
Departures: Before 10:00 a.m.
- Deposit: €250/accommodation
(to be paid on site). This deposit will be returned to you on the day
of departure after an inventory check or by post within 8 days in the
event of departures outside opening hours.
- Tourist tax: According
to current regulations. (The decision may be changed at any time by the
local council). As this tax is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible
for any changes.
- All your requests (exposure, floor, view,
apartment number, etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible,
but cannot be guaranteed.

During your stay in the sunniest region of France, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, you will have plenty of time to explore the French Riviera. You can also enjoy a wide range of water sports and diving in a superb location: the bay of Toulon, one of the most beautiful in Europe.

The Var can also be explored on foot. From your Le Cap d'Azur residence, it is very easy to reach one of the many walking trails on the Saint-Mandrier peninsula: the botanical discovery trail on Grand Gaou Island starting from Six-Fours-les-Plages, a visit to the village of La Ciotat, a circular walk in the forest of Maougavi in the commune of Ceyreste... So many ideas for walks to enjoy the charms of Provence.
Why not take advantage of your holiday in the Var to visit the surrounding area? Sanary, with its pedestrianised streets, terrace restaurants, harbour and night market, is only a few minutes away by car. The same goes for the typical villages scattered around the Bandol AOC vineyards, such as La Cadière d'Azur, Le Castellet and Evenos. If you venture as far as Toulon, you can visit its famous harbour and military port, or take the cable car to the top of Mont Faron for a fabulous view of the city, the Mediterranean coast and the islands.
