Situated near Dinard on the Emerald Coast, Saint Malo is an old Corsair city now designated an “Art and History Town” and boasting a renowned and dynamic year-round seaside resort. The town is an international sailing capital and received the official label “Sailing Resort” in 1989. Wind your way around Saint Malo’s picturesque roads and explore the charms of its city walls, its ancient ship-owner houses, and the “Fort National”. Be sure not to miss the Saint Malo Great Aquarium, a hot spot for biodiversity where visitors can mingle with some of the rarest and most beautiful species in the world.
The town of Saint Malo and its surrounding areas offer a wide range of year-round opportunities for friends and families to relax together and recharge their batteries: golf, horse riding, hiking, thermal baths, water sports,……. Le Domaine des Mauriers is situated at the south entrance of Saint Malo. Located just off the main road, the residence offers easy access to the fortified city and its ramparts, as well as to local beaches that are just a 10-minute drive away.
The residence is made up of individual houses with a reception and living area. Make the most of the onsite recreation facilities : indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool from 04/04/26 to 26/09/26, sauna (extra charge), fitness room. In July and August, enjoy activities for teenagers/adults and the mini club for children.

All the apartments have a Fully fitted kitchen (vitroceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster). Bathroom, separated WC. Balconu or patio with garden furniture. Air conditioning. Television included.
IMPORTANT:
Never exceed the maximum number of people authorised for the apartment. For safety reasons, we will be required to deny you access (even if it is a baby).

- End-of-stay cleaning: If
the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition, or if the
holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €65 for accommodation for 2 to 4
people, €89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, €99 for accommodation
for 8 to 9 people (to be paid on site). In all cases, the accommodation
must be left with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and put away).
- Pets:
Small pets are accepted on a leash for an additional fee of €11/night
or €49/week, payable on site. Please indicate this when booking (rabies
certificate required). Attack dogs and category 2 dogs (guard/defence
dogs) are not permitted. Only one pet per accommodation.
- Private access to the sauna: €14/20-minute
session for one person, €21/20-minute session for two people, €11.50
per additional person with a maximum of 6 people (access prohibited to
minors unaccompanied by an adult and children under 16 years of age).
- Cleaning kit (washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bathroom cleaning products): €7/kit
- Baby equipment hire (cot, high chair and/or bath) delivered to the accommodation: €15/stay.

availability. In accordance with manufacturers' recommendations, we do
not provide extra mattresses for cots in order to ensure the safety of

Arrivals:
Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm. The time at which
the accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it takes
to prepare. For arrivals outside these times or on another day, please
contact the residence.
Departures: Before 10:00 a.m.
- Deposit: €250/accommodation
(to be paid on site). This deposit will be returned to you on the day
of departure after an inventory check or by post within 8 days in the
event of departures outside opening hours.
- Tourist tax: €1.35 per day and per person over the age of 18. The tax may be revised at any time by the
local council. As this tax is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.

be taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Access to the residence
By car: Take the motorway to Rennes. On the ring road, follow signs for St Malo, St Grégoire, then St Malo, Dinan, Dinard, St Grégoire towards the N137. After 62 km on the N137, take the D301 exit towards St Malo centre. At the large roundabout at the entrance to St Malo, take the second exit towards the D2 towards St Meloirs des Ondes, La Moinerie. At the next roundabout, take the second exit towards St Meloirs des Ondes. Finally, at the last roundabout, take the first exit on the right for the Goélia car park.By plane: Rennes Airport is approximately 70 km away.
By train: St Malo station with bus connection.

Discover Saint-Malo, a seaside resort in Brittany, and its pirate town just a stone's throw from the Thalasso des Thermes Marins (thalassotherapy centre).
The pirate city is surrounded by ramparts, the oldest of which date back to the 12th century. Visit the Château museum (within the walls of Saint-Malo) built by the Dukes of Brittany in the 15th century, the Hôtel d'Asfeld, the cathedral, and stroll along the beach to discover the Fort National and the islands of Grand Bé and Petit Bé, accessible at low tide. You will enjoy shopping in the small boutiques, the charm of a stroll along the ramparts and the fresh sea air.
Saint-Malo is also the scene of many cultural and sporting events such as the Route du Rhum, tall ship gatherings and literary festivals.
For children:
Discover Les P'tits Pirates leisure park (for ages 2-12, with inflatable structures, ball cannons and go-karting, etc.), as well as the giant maze, Olympic swimming pool, leisure pool with giant slides, and more.
For nature lovers:
There are many theme parks near Saint-Malo: Alligator Bay, Bourbanaire Zoological Park, Branfère Animal Park
For sports enthusiasts:
Nearby, the Tourist Office offers archery, mini golf, stand-up paddleboarding, sand yachting, golf, horse riding, go-karting, as well as tandem skydiving, scuba diving lessons and kitesurfing.

Sejour dans l'ensemble agréable, le logement très bien équipé, en revanche literie et oreillers à revoir car très usé. Logement très propre, piscine interieur accessible et personels très sympa. Un effort à faire également sur la communication entre la plateforme geolia et les partenaires exemple CE, car le hotline n'est pas informé des partenariats avec le groupe..du coup perte de temps pour la réservation. Neanmoins nous avons passés un séjour très agréable et proche du centre ville. Point fort egalement le parking gratuit et les animaux acceptés !

Séjour agréable malgré quelques manquements : literie très moyenne, linge de lit type hôpital, oreillers fatigués, beaucoup de manque de vaiselle et nécessaire à nettoyage (poêle, saladier, pelle à poussière, ....). Malgré une bonne volonté manifeste, l'équipe semble livrée à elle même et mal organisée : beaucoup d'erreurs de réservation sauna, état des lieux ... Ce dernier point doit être amélioré rapidement pour éviter des mécontentements. Je précise que nous n'etions que 5 familles sur le site.

Nous sommes arrivés samedi 27 décembre à 15h à la résidence des mauriers à St Malo. Aucun panneau n'indique la présence d'une résidence goelia, nous avons tourné avant de trouver un peu par hasard... Vous m'avez dit par mail que l'arrivée était dès 15h, c'est également écrit cela sur le site de Goelia. Or, dès l'arrivée, l'accueil était fermé et une affiche indiquait 16h... Les vacanciers ont commencé à arriver en masse et les gérants pas aimables du tout nous ont assuré que c'était 16h, que nous étions arrivés trop tôt, notre logement n'était pas prêt ! L'accueil est sale, la piscine extérieure est entourée de clous, balais au sol, cela donne un très mauvais signe dès le départ... Après avoir attendu 40 minutes, les enfants dans la voiture, nous arrivons dans le logement et celui-ci était dans un état de saleté et de vétusté incroyables. Nous sommes allés à l'accueil nous plaindre de l'état du logement, le gérant est venu constater l'état déplorable et nous a proposé un autre logement. Nous avons refait le déménagement de tous nos sacs et affaires personnelles avec 3 enfants fatigués par 6h de route. Le nouveau logement prévu pour 8 compte 7 chaises, il manque une lampe de chevet, une seule armoire dans la chambre avec lit double pour 8 personnes.... Installés enfin à 17h, soit 2h plus tard... nous souhaitons tester la piscine couverte chauffée, impossible de s'y baigner car l'eau est à moins de 20 degrés !!! La piscine est vide, personne ne s'y rend alors que nous payons tous la résidence avec piscine et avons choisi ce lieu pour la piscine. C'est du vol et c'est tout simplement honteux. Lors de la sortie, la dame nous dit d'un ton sec qu'elle ne peut pas contrôler, les ustensiles ne sont pas à leur place... Nous avions relavé la vaisselle car rangée très dale. Aucun visuel pour nous aider à ranger. Nous avions des couettes dans les chambres que nous avons bien évidemment utilisé en plein hiver, elle nous a dit qu'il ne fallait pas les utiliser car sous plastique et que ça tombait sous le sens !!! Ah bon? Donc uniquement une très fine couverture orange en plein hiver ? Être critique comme ça avec les clients alors que tout est à revoir d'un point de vue propreté, rénovation et surtout professionnalisme.... Nous sommes clients de Goelia depuis 7 ans, c'est vraiment le pire que l'on ait fait. Nous ne reviendrons plus. M. et Mme Bal
