All the apartments have a Fully fitted kitchen (electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster). Bathroom, separated WC. Patio. Television included.

Never exceed the maximum number of people authorised for the apartment. For safety reasons, we will be required to deny you access (even if it is a baby).

- End-of-stay cleaning: If the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition, or if the guest prefers not to do it themselves: €65 for accommodation for 2 to 4 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and put away).
- Pets: Small pets are accepted on a leash for an additional fee of €11/night or €36/week, payable on site. Please indicate this when registering (rabies certificate required). Attack dogs and category 2 dogs (guard/defense dogs) are prohibited. Only one pet per accommodation.
- Laundry: price on site.
- Cleaning kit: (multi-purpose cleaner, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponge, cloth): €7/kit/week or €5/kit for short stays (to be paid on site)
- Baby equipment rental (bed, high chair, and/or bathtub) delivered to the accommodation: €15/stay. Must be reserved at the same time as the accommodation and subject to availability. Regarding beds, in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations, we do not provide additional mattresses in order to ensure the safety of your children. To be paid on site.

Arrivals: Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm The time at which the accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it takes to prepare. For any arrivals outside these times or on another day, please contact the residence.
Departures: Before 10:00 am.
- Deposit: €250 per accommodation (to be paid on site).
- Tourist tax: On-site rates. Price per day per person over 18 years of age, as decided by the local council (to be paid on site). As this tax is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.
- All your requests (exposure, floor, view, apartment number, etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

The Le Domaine de Castella complex is located directly next to a 9 hole golf course (par 36, 2517m, surrounded by pines, south -facing, rolling hills, 30 tees practice, putting green, pitching green: Tel. 04 68 30 38 09).
200 metres from the Goélia complex, the Altifit sporting centre in the Colette Besson area offers you 6 tennis courts (2 covered), squash, badminton (8 courts), fitness and well -being, 18 hole mini golf and games for children.
The stadium of Biathlon d'été in Font-Romeu offers you a roller skiing slope which also serves as a slope for other sports (running ) with different profiles and distances over 4 separate circuits
In Font-Romeu and on the wonderful plateaux overlooking the forest, you will also find a horse-riding centre (horse and pony rides), numerous sports pitches (football, rugby, basketball, etc., sports groups: contact us at [email protected]), a helicopter base (from €35 per trip), and you can enjoy tree top adventure courses, quad biking, mountain fishing, archery, mountain biking bike park, via-ferrata, and even dog sledging (in the summer: on skates!).
Font-Romeu, is a paradise for sunny excursions at altitude, on foot, by bicycle and on horseback. Discover the slope route and the famous Paula Radcliffe fitness path, a marathon champion who chose to live in Font-Romeu, or the lakes of Bouillouses and Camporeils (approx. 20km away).
Font-Romeu is a town renowned for its climate, and the invigorating combination of sun and high altitude. Its thermal spring past means that you will find all the shops and services there, as well as numerous entertainment: casino, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, a bowling alley in Pyrénées 2000 and animal park (the lake of Bouillouses and Camporeils).
Near to Font-Romeu, you can enjoy the warm and sulphurous waters of Llo (spa, beauty and hydro-massages centre, 15 mins. from Font-Romeu), but also in Dorres and Saint-Thomas les bains.
Finally, Font-Romeu is rich in Catalan heritage, 1 hour from the beaches of Roussillon.
To be discovered: The Grand Hôtel (100m from the complex), Le Four Solaire d'Odeillo (CNRS), the picturesque hamlets and churches of Cerdagne, Andorra (approx. 50km away), the Citadel of Mont-Louis (a UNESCO site), the train jaune (from Villefranche de Conflent, 40km from Font-Romeu, an impressive 60km route in the mountains of Cerdagne, with numerous staggering view points.
