The luxury apartments in the residence are spread across five chalets. Inspired by Cerdan architecture, they feature slate roofs and wooden balconies facing the majestic mountain ranges. The residence offers the advantage of combining comfort with proximity to the slopes and main amenities. Guests can enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub and gym.
Located at an altitude of 1,700 to 2,213 metres in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees, it has the advantage of being only 74 kilometres from Perpignan and 41 kilometres from Andorra la Vella. The Spanish city of Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia, is 124 kilometres away.

In any case, the accommodation must be left with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and put away).
- Pets: Small pets are accepted on a leash for an additional fee of €11/night or €49/week, payable on site. Please mention this when booking (rabies certificate required). Attack dogs and category 2 dogs (guard/defence dogs) are not permitted. Only one pet per accommodation.
- Laundry: price on site.
- Cleaning kit: (multi-purpose cleaner, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, a sponge, a cloth): €7/kit/week or €5/kit for short stays (to be paid on site)
- Baby equipment hire (cot, high chair and/or bath) delivered to your accommodation: €15 per stay. To be booked at the same time as your accommodation and subject to availability. Arrivals: Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3pm and 7pm. The time at which the accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it takes to prepare. For any arrivals outside these times or on another day, please contact the residence.
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the residence reception.
- Deposit: €250 per accommodation (to be paid on site).
- Tourist tax: Rates on site. Price per day and per person over 18 years of age according to municipal decision (to be paid on site). As this tax is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.
- All your requests (exposure, floor, view, apartment number, etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Font-Romeu also includes 111km of Nordic skiing, marked and signposted between the vast plateau of "La Calme", the forests of Les "Estanyols" and "Farneils", an ideal ground for cross-country skiing and snowshoe hiking, as well as nature lovers.
On the site of "La Calme", the riders meet at the snowpark, a safe freestyle ski and snowboarding area with moguls, slide, kick and box ramps for guaranteed thrills.
Children and beginners have not been left behind as the resort of Font-Romeu offers a fun and innovative area adapted to little ones and beginners with 6 green slopes, a dual slalom and a boarder cross (1 baby ski-lift in Les Airelles, 1 magic carpet, 2 "Isard et Tremplin" ski-lifts and a sledging area).
