These insurances must be reserved at the time of booking and cannot be ordered subsequently.

- Bed linen : €12.50/bed. To be paid on site.

- Beds made on arrival : €25/bed. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required.

- Bathroom towels : €10/person. To be paid on site.

- WiFi access (price per device) : simply connect to our supplier's website and pay directly by credit card (visa or mastercard). The prices are as follows: 1 day : €5, 1 week : €20, 2 weeks : €25, 1 week family offer (3 devices) : €25. Goélia will let you know, when you arrive, the homepage of the website, but is not involved in the order, or in the connection.

- End of stay cleaning : If the accommodation is not left clean, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €81 for accommodation for 2 to 4 people, €88 for accommodation for 6 people, €97 for a accommodation for 8 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).

- Pets : Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of €10.50/night, €36/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1 animal per accommodation only.

- Wellness area access (sauna) : €14 for 20 min solo session - €21 for 20 min duo session / €11.50 for additional person with a maximum of 6 people (access prohibited to minors unaccompanied by an adult and to children under 16).

- Launderette : rates on site.

- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) : €5/stay. To be booked at the same time as the accommodation. We do not provide additional mattresses in order to guarantee the safety of your children. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required, subject to availability.

INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY:

- Departure and arrival times:
Arrivals: Saturday between 15:00 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one. For any arrival except these schedules or another day, thanks to contact the residence.
Departures: Before 10.00

- Deposit: €250/accommodation (to be paid on site).

- Tourist tax: approx €0.94/day/person over 18 years old, according to the municipal decision (to be paid on site).

All your requests (floor, view, apartment No., etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but can not  be guaranteed.

Access to the residence

By road: 87km from Perpignan, 120km from Carcassonne, 185km from Toulouse.
- From Perpignan, take the Andorra, Prades, Mont Louis direction, go through Pyrénées 2000, go past the Ermitage. Enter the town of Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via and then take the 1st road on the right, Avenue Jean Paul. The complex is located just after the Grand Hôtel.

- From Toulouse, take the Foix direction, go through the tunnel of Porté Puymorens or go up the hill and then take La Bourg Madame. Then go through the towns of Ur and Angoustrine. Then at the roundabout of Egat, take the "station de ski de Font Romeu" (Font Romeu ski resort) direction. Enter the town of Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via. The complex is located just before the exit of Font-Romeu, take the last road on the left, Avenue Jean Paul and go on after the Grand Hôtel.

By train: Mediterranean Paris/Perpignan, then the TER to Villefranche de Conflent and the Train Jaune (gauge railway) or coach to Font Romeu.

By plane : The nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes 1 hour 30 mins. away. Upon arrival: Shuttle service from the airport to the ski resorts. Information: 04 68 52 60 70
