Welcome to the Hautes-Pyrénées for your winter mountain holiday with family or friends. Ideally located two hours from Toulouse near the Spanish border, the family resort of Loudenvielle is a haven of tranquillity nestled at an altitude of 1,000 metres.
Far from the hustle and bustle of the resort, treat yourself to an enchanting break discovering the 70 frozen lakes of the Néouvielle nature reserve in the Aure valley. Snow covers the landscape with its white blanket. This walk transports you to a world where nothing else matters except the passing of time and the people you love.

Located at the foot of the Val-Louron and Peyragudes ski areas, on the shores of Lake Génos, the Goélia La Soulane holiday residence offers fully equipped apartments and chalets facing the mountains and overlooking the lake. Guests have free access to a fitness room and sauna (extra charge) to warm up whenever they wish. Shops are approximately 1000m away, and the Skyvall gondola lift is about 750m away.

In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and put away).
- Pets :
Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of
€9/night for stay up to 4 nights, €7/night from 5 nights. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies
certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1
animal per accommodation only.
- Private access to the sauna : €14/20-minute
session for one person, €21/20-minute session for two people, €11.50
per additional person, maximum 6 people (access prohibited to minors
unaccompanied by an adult and children under 16).
- Cleaning kit:
(multi-purpose cleaner, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, a
sponge, a cloth): €7/kit/week or €5/kit for short stays (to be paid on

- Baby equipment hire (cot, high chair and/or bath) delivered to your accommodation:
€15 per stay. To be booked at the same time as your accommodation and

recommendations, we do not provide extra mattresses for cots in order to

Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3pm and 7pm. The time at which the
accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it takes to
prepare. For any arrivals outside these times or on another day, please
contact the residence.
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the residence reception.
- Deposit: €250 per accommodation (to be paid on site).
- Tourist tax:
Rates on site. Price per day and per person over 18 years of age
according to municipal decision (to be paid on site). As this tax is a
local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.
- All
your requests (exposure, floor, view, apartment number, etc.) will be
taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

By car
From the Toulouse/Bayonne motorway, take the Lannemezan exit (No16). Continue towards Arreau. In Arreau, turn left at the second bridge. Continue towards Col de Peyresourde.
Pass through Borderes Louron, Avajan, Vielle Louron, Genos, and Loudenvielle. After the Loudenvielle bridge, take the first left. Turn left again and continue along the lane marked “La Soulane”. The residence is at the edge of the lake and can be seen from the Genos-Loudenvielle road.

Depuis une dizaine d'années je viens passer une semaine au même dates et toujours toujours aussi bien accueilli dans cette endroit superbe la résidence est très bien bien placé au bord du lac de Genos Les gens qui travaillent pour notre bien être sont très agréable et à l'écoute .
