Our 3* Goélia le Domaine des Nouailles holiday residence is located in the heart of the green Périgord, in Nontron.
GOELIA LE DOMAINE DES NOUAILLES HOLIDAY RESIDENCE
Goélia Le Domaine des Nouailles is a holiday residence located in the heart of the Périgord Vert, 3km away from Nontron and shops in a wide landscaped park. It lends itself to all your desires: relaxation, cultural tourism, green tourism, sports activities... and has the advantage of being pedestrian (large parking at the entrance).
Over there you will find : outdoor heated pool (15m x 6m - depth 1.10m to 1.80m) open from 11/04/26 to 19/09/26, sauna, playground area, petanque court, lake where you can do some fishing - no bathing -, a beachvolley pitch, departure of hiking trails including one to the center of the city (bicycle path). Breakfast room (booking the previous day).
In July and August, from 04/07 to 29/08 : Kids Club (5 sessions of at least 2 hours per day, per week - subject to availability at the time of on-site registration).
Teen and adult activities from 04/07 to 29/08 : an animator offers sports tournaments (petanque, volleyball, badminton) and provides advice for hikes around the lake and in the surrounding area.
A car is necessary.
Housing
OUR ACCOMMODATIONS FOR YOURHOLIDAYS
The holiday residence consists of semi-detached duplex apartments and chalets (including 2 terraced apartments) on stilts.
Our
accommodations have a fully fitted kitchen (vitroceramic hobs,
dishwasher, microwave, kettle, electric coffee maker and toaster,
refrigerator), a bathroom (bath and sink), WC. Covered patio with garden
furniture. None of our apartment has a lake view.
Some chalet has a nice lake view (extra charge of €50 per week).
You must never exceed the maximum number of people authorised in the accommodation. For safety reasons, we will be required to deny you access (even if it is a baby).

In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).

- Pets :
Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of
€11/night, €49/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies
certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1
animal per accommodation only.
- Wellness area access (sauna) :
€14 for 20 min solo session - €21 for 20 min duo session / €11.50 for
additional person with a maximum of 6 people (access prohibited to
minors unaccompanied by an adult and to children under 16).
- Launderette : rates on site.
- Electric barbecue rental : €3/day or €10/week

- Tourist tax: €1.10/night/adult (from 18 years old). Subject to change.
