The 3* Goélia "Les Jardins d'Azur" holiday residence, with outdoor heated pool, is located in the residential neighbourhood of Boulouris, approximately 700m from the pretty Plage de la Tortue beach accessible on foot, and 20 min. on foot from Port Santa Lucia (trips to Cannes, Saint-Tropez, etc.).
GOELIA LES JARDINS D'AZUR HOLIDAY RESIDENCE
In the heart of a 3 hectare tree-lined grounds at the foot of the Massif de l'Esterel, the 3* Goélia "Les Jardins d'Azur" holiday residence is located approximately 150m from the retail outlets (bakers, convenience store, pharmacy, bank, etc.). The vast fine sandy beach of Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël and its day and night time entertainments is located approximately 3km away.
You can reach the beach and the centre via the small station of Boulouris, 500m from the complex, by using the Cannes / Draguignan railway line: the TER train serves the centre of Saint-Raphaël, the journey lasts 3-4 min. to reach the heart of the resort and the shops (times and frequency of route dependant on the seasons).
The residence is made up of 125 apartments brought together in hamlets with a Provençal charm. On site: outdoor heated pool (23m x 8m - depth 0.40m to 1.60m) and solarium (from 04/04/26 to 30/09/26 then from 03/04/27 to 29/09/27), children’s playground, wellness area with sauna (extra charge), car park spaces spread out away from the living areas.
Given its layout, the Domain is not recommended for people with mobility issues.
Housing
OUR APARTMENTS FOR YOUR HOLIDAYS:
Our
apartments have a fully fitted kitchen (vitroceramic hobs, dishwasher,
refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster), a shower
room with WC (except 2 rooms 6 people alcove, bathroom and separeted
WC), a patio or a balcony, 5 to 10m², with garden furniture (or a small
private garden with patio on the ground floor). You will find also
enough dishes, duvet and and pillows. In appartements without air conditionning, each room is equipped with a fan. Television included.
* The top bunk is not suitable for children under the age of 6 (Decree No. 95.949 of 25/08/1995)
IMPORTANT :
You
must never exceed the maximum number of authorised people in the
apartment. For safety reasons, we will be required to deny you access
(even if it is a baby).

returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).
- Pets :
Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of
€11/night, €49/week (€9/night fro stays from 1 to 4 nights, and €7/night from 5 nights, from 31/10/26). Please mention when booking (anti-rabies
certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1
animal per accommodation only.
- Wellness area access (sauna): €14 for 30 minutes

INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
- Departure and arrival times:
Arrivals: Saturday between 15:30 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Departures: Before 10.00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception for the residence.
- Deposit: €250/accommodation unit (to be paid on site). This deposit will be returned on the day of departure after inventory or by mail within 8 days in case of departures outside the opening hours.
- Tourist tax: €2.16/day/adult. This amount may be amended at any time by the Municipality. The tax can be reviewed at any time by the municipality. As this is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.
- All your requests (floor, view, apartment no., etc.) will be taken into account to where possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

From Paris, take the A6 in the Lyon direction then the A7 in the Orange/Caderousse direction. Continue along the A8/E80 towards Aix Ouest. Aix-en-Provence/Toulon/Nice. Take exit 37 Puget-Sur-Argens/Fréjus. Continue on the DN7 in the St-Raphaël direction.

In the heart of Var and directly on the Côte d’Azur, the seaside resort of Saint-Raphaël is known for its coves and its rocky inlets near to the Massif de l’Estérel and the Massif des Maures. Located on the end of the Gulf of Fréjus, Saint Raphaël has 6 main sandy beaches and twenty smaller ones.Along the coast you can discover numerous islands, notably Île d’Or, known for having inspired the setting for The Black Island Tintin volume. All around, you can discover numerous well-known villages such as Fréjus, Saint-Tropez (20km), Cannes (25km), Toulon (75km) and you can even take a crossing to Italy (approx. 75km away).
