Listed as a Historic Monument and labelled ‘20th Century Heritage’, the ‘Les Carrats’ tourist residence offers an idyllic setting thanks to its location on the beachfront and its 16 kilometres of fine sand. This residence, dedicated to pedestrians and bicycles, has been renovated in keeping with its original architecture and covers 5 hectares between the Leucate lagoon and the Mediterranean Sea.
During your stay, you can enjoy free access to the heated outdoor swimming pool open from April to mid-September, the indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and gym at the residence. In July and August, take advantage of the entertainment for teenagers/adults and the mini club for children. For an additional fee, you can relax in the sauna and steam room during your holiday. A wide range of services are also available from the residence, along the beach. Air conditioning in all accommodation (except in the 4-person studio).
From 04/07 to 29/08 : kids club 6-10 years (5 sessions of 2 hours per day per week), and tenns/adults entertainments.

All the apartments have a Fully fitted kitchen (vitroceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher (except in 4 people studio), fridge, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster). Television included.
IMPORTANT:
Never exceed the maximum number of people authorised for the apartment. For safety reasons, we will be required to deny you access (even if it is a baby).

of this insurance varies according to the total cost of your stay. If

- End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette):
If the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition, or if
the holidaymaker prefers not to do it themselves: €65 for accommodation
for 2 to 5 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, €99 for
accommodation for 8 to 9 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the
accommodation must be left with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and
put away).
- Pets:
Small pets are accepted on a leash for an additional fee of €11 €/
night or €49/week, payable on site. Please mention this when booking
(rabies certificate required). Attack dogs and category 2 dogs
(guard/defence dogs) are not permitted. Only one pet per accommodation
unit.

- Private access to the sauna hammam : €14/20-minute
session for one person, €21/20-minute session for two people, €11.50

Arrivals:
Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3pm and 7pm. The time at which the
accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it takes to
prepare. For arrivals outside these times or on another day, please
contact the residence.
Departures: Before 10:00 a.m.
- Deposit: €250/accommodation
(to be paid on site). This deposit will be returned to you on the day
of departure after an inventory check or by post within 8 days in the
event of departures outside opening hours.
- Tourist tax: According
to current regulations. (The decision may be changed at any time by the
local council). As this tax is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible
for any changes.
- All your requests (exposure, floor, view,
apartment number, etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible,
but cannot be guaranteed.

Access to the residence
By car : Take the A9 motorway, exit 40. Accessible from the D83 departmental road from Barcarès or from the D627 from the village of Leucate. Montpellier is 130 km away. Perpignan is 34 km away. Toulouse is 180 km away.

Station
Half-way between Narbonne and Perpignan, Port Leucate stretches out, up to Port-Barcarès, its vast fine sandy beach (Blue Flag certification) on the peninsula which separates the Mediterranean from a vast lake, a real windsurfing paradise. This seaside resort has one of the largest marinas, and you will find water sport activities there in all seasons : funboard and windsurfing courses, jet skiing, Optimist (dinghy), sailing dinghy, catamaran, scuba diving. Tennis (16 courts), mini golf, cinemas, clubs, restaurants and shops in the Port.
Numerous options for trips (Collioure, Les Corbières, etc.), walks or sea fishing.
Numerous events for children: beach clubs, aqua-gliss (canoes), theme park, water park, etc.
A lively resort: April, Leucate organises "Le Mondial du Vent" (International kiteboarding competition), May, "Sol y Fiesta" for the Ascension weekend, for 3 days and 3 nights, the resort is transformed hosting shows with bodegas, concerts, music and Mediterranean dances and a vineyard and wine festival.
