The residence is located 400m from the SAEM Alpexpo exhibition center in Grenoble

right in front of the Grand Place Tram Stop.
It is easily accessible from the A480 and A41 motorways. The many ski resorts of the Alps can be reached in an hour by car.

residence offers studios or 2-room apartments with a fully equipped
kitchenette for stays of one night, one week and more... We also offer
student rentals for a duration of 2 to 10 months in studio or 2 rooms
fully equipped.

- Pets :
Small pets are accepted on a leash for an additional fee of
7.50€/night. Attack an ddefense dogs are prohibited. Only one animal per
accommodation.
- End of stay cleaning : the accommodation must be returned with the kitchen clean (dishes washed and stored) : 25€.
- Continental breakfast: in the breakfast room, 9€/adult and 5€/child to be pre-booked and paid on site.
- Car park space : 5€/day
