These public rates do not include Goelia's preferential rates. They are offered for sale by Goelia only from December 20th to January 3rd and from January 24th to March 14th, and will be given to you at reception along with your apartment keys.

Outside of these periods, Goelia's preferential individual packages are more advantageous.

BOOKING DETAILS

- IMPERATIVE! Mandatory dates of birth to be entered in DD/MM/YYYY format. Otherwise the packages cannot be taken - into account.

- 3 and 4-day passes : specify the first day of skiing      

- 6 and 7-day passes : skiing days must be from Saturday to Friday or Sunday to Saturday; please specify when booking.

- Family passes : a copy of the relevant pages of the family record must be sent by email to the residence reception no later than 8 days before arrival. Without this documentation, passes cannot be issued and are non-refundable.

CHILDREN AND SENIORS

Free for children under 5 and seniors over 75.

Proof of age will be required to take advantage of these price advantages.

Book with preferential prices your ski equipment 2025/2026

Book your ski equipment online at the same time as your accomodation or book it no later than 8 days before your arrival, to ensure availability and the best equipment on the day of your arrival (with Goélia : discount of up to 38% on public prices displayed in the Sport 2000 store, our partner in La Toussuire).
You can cancel your ski equipment up to 48 hours before your arrival.

OUR EXTRA SERVICES:

- Cancellation insurance for all justified causes: Cancellation insurance can be taken out when booking. This cancellation guarantee is valid in particular for medical reasons, accident, death including illness due to an epidemic or pandemic (declared illness, contact case, failure to obtain PCR test results before departure - traveler or member of his immediate family). The price of this insurance varies according to the total amount of your stay. If you add a service after validation of the file, the amount of insurance may change (excluding administrative fees and insurance - price per accommodation): from €19.

- Multi-risk insurance: This insurance covers our cancellation guarantee as well as snow cancellation (breakage or theft of personal ski equipment, loss or theft of ski pass, interruption of stay, interruption of snow activity), assistance and repatriation. The price of this insurance varies according to the total amount of your stay. If you add a service after validation of the file, the amount of insurance may change(excluding booking fees - price per accommodation): from €29.

- Bed linen: €12/person. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

- Beds made on arrival: €10/person (linen not included). To be paid on site. Pre-booking required.

- Towels: €10/person/ kit. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

-Pack bed linen + towels: €20/person/kit. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.

- WiFi access (price per device) : simply connect to our supplier's website and pay directly by credit card (visa or mastercard). The prices are as follows: 1 day : €6, 3 days : €12, 1 week : €20, 2 weeks : €30, 1 week family offer (3 devices) : €30, 2 weeks family offer : €40. Goélia will let you know, when you arrive, the homepage of the website, but is not involved in the order, or in the connection.

- End of stay cleaning : If the accommodation is not left clean, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €65 for accommodation for 2 to 5 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, €99 for a accommodation for 8 to 9 people and €119 for accommodation for 11 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).

- Underground car park : €45/week. To be paid on site, subject to availability.

- Pets : Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of €11/night, €49/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1 animal per accommodation only.

- Bakery service at reception: Order, payment and bread taking at reception.

- Wellness area access (sauna) : €14 for 30 min solo session - €21 for 30 min duo session - €11.50 per additional person with a maximum of 6 people (access prohibited to minors unaccompanied by an adult and to children under 16).

- Launderette : rates on site.

- Maintenance Kit (dish soap, dishwasher tablet, sanitary detergent) : €7 /kit.

- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) : €15/stay. To be booked at the same time as the accommodation. We do not provide additional mattresses in order to guarantee the safety of your children. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required, subject to availability.

INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY:

- Departure and arrival times:
Arrivals: Saturday between 15:00 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Departures: Before 10.00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception for the residence.

- Deposit: €250/accommodation (to be paid on site).

- Tourist tax: approx €1.65/day/person over 18 years old, according to the municipal decision (to be paid on site).

All your requests (floor, view, apartment No., etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but can not be guaranteed.
