GOELIA LES CHALETS DE BELLEDONNE HOLIDAY RESIDENCE
Located a stone's throw from the slopes (150m to 200m approx.), the residence is also very near to a few small shops and ski rental outlets. Discover the chalets divided into apartments, as well as a free outdoor or underground (extra charge) car park, a semi-covered/semi-uncovered pool and a sauna (extra charge).

All
the apartments have a fully fitted kitchen (vitroceramic hobs,
dishwasher, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave grill, toaster,
coffee maker, kettle). Heated towel rails in the bathrooms. Television included.
*Sleeping high up is not suitable for children under 6 years old (Decree No. 95.949 of 25/08/1995).
IMPORTANT:
Never
exceed the maximum number of people authorised for the apaartment. For
safety reasons, we will be required to deny you access (even if it is a
baby).

Cancellation insurance can be taken out when booking. This
cancellation guarantee is valid in particular for medical reasons,
accident, death including illness due to an epidemic or pandemic
(declared illness, contact case, failure to obtain PCR test results
before departure - traveler or member of his immediate family). The
price of this insurance varies according to the total amount of your
stay. If you add a service after validation of the file, the amount of
insurance may change (excluding administrative fees and insurance -

- Multi-risk insurance:
This insurance covers our cancellation guarantee as well as snow
cancellation (breakage or theft of personal ski equipment, loss or theft
of ski pass, interruption of stay, interruption of snow activity),
assistance and repatriation. The price of this insurance varies
according to the total amount of your stay. If you add a service after
validation of the file, the amount of insurance may change(excluding
booking fees - price per accommodation): from €29.

- Bed linen: 12 €/person. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.
- Beds made on arrival: 10 €/person (linen not included). To be paid on site. Pre-booking required.
- Towels: 10 €/person/ kit. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.
-Pack bed linen + towels: 20 €/person/kit. To be paid on site. Pre-booking recommended.
- End of stay cleaning : If the accommodation is not left clean, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €65 for accommodation for 2 to 5 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, €99 for a accommodation for 8 to 9 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored). Daily cleaning service available on request.
- Underground car park : €40/week. To be paid on site, subject to availability.
- Pets :
Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of
€11/night, €49/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies
certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1
animal per accommodation only.
- Bakery service at reception: Order, payment and
bread taking at reception.
- Wellness area access (sauna) : €14 for 30 min solo session - €21 for 30 min duo session - €11.50 per additional person with a maximum of 6 people (access prohibited to minors unaccompanied by an adult and to children under 16).
- Launderette : rates on site.
- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) : €15/stay. To be booked at the same time as the accommodation. We do not provide additional mattresses in order to guarantee the safety of your children. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required, subject to availability.

Approx. €1.10/day/person over 18 years old, according to the
municipal decision (to be paid on site). Goélia is not responsible for
changes to this municipal tax.

By road
From Lyon, take the Chambéry/Turin direction, via the RN6 or A 43 motorway, exit no. 26, La Chambre/Sainte Marie de Cuines then the D. 927 or N.6 + D. 927 Col du Glandon direction - (St Colomban is 10km from St Etienne de Cuines).
Beware in winter: the Col du Glandon and the Col de la Croix de Fer passes are closed. DO NOT USE GPS

Saint Colomban des Villards is the resort of Les Sybelles® (4th largest French ski area with 310km of slopes - La Toussuire, Le Corbier, Saint Jean d'Arves, Saint Sorlin d'Arves - ), the easiest to access from Lyon and Chambéry.
Saint Colomban, which is still an unspoilt village, on the Col du Glandon route, is just 15 minutes from the motorway exit and the TGV train station of La Chambre.
The 45km of the St Colomban slopes are completed by the 270km from the other resorts of Les Sybelles®.
In the resort, you can do alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, cross-country skiing and on hikes in snowshoes in the Belledonne massif, sledging, with a welcoming altitude restaurant also accessible to pedestrians (return journey in ski lift).
Beginners can toughen up in the small area of St Colomban with its 19 slopes (3 green, 9 blue, 5 red, 2 black), before embarking upon the whole of Les Sybelles® area.
2 signposted routes are on offer in Saint colomban:
- Rogemont (direct access): 1.5km route
- Mont Cuinat (Ormet and Charmettes ski lift - specific hiking deal for €12 without a guide and €6 with a guide): 5.8km route.

c'est la deuxieme année que nous séjournons a st colomban des villards pour nos vacances d'été station tres calme beaucoup de randonnées a faire résidence tres propre idem pour le logement et tres tres bonne accueil et les commercants locaux sont tres sympatique ainsi que leurs produits qui sont de tres bonne qualité si vous aimez la montagne et le calme je recommande

Lieu parfait pour un séjour ressourçant au sein un petit village. La résidence est calme. Accueil au top par Olivier et Gabriel, tous les 2 souriants et très sympathiques.
