For the residences of Port-La-Nouvelle, Argelès-sur-Mer (Village-Club Goélia), Mandelieu, St Geniez d'Olt and Batz-sur-Mer: A valid HEALTH PASS is required to access the activities of more than 50 people. As far as day activities are concerned, we will double certain activities if necessary so as not to exceed the 50-person limit. However, the presentation of the valid health PASS will be essential to access the evening shows.
For the club campsites of Argelès, St-Jean-de-Monts and Hourtin: A valid HEALTH PASS is required to access campsites with activities and water parks.
For the residence of Nérac: A valid HEALTH PASS is required to access water parks. Our partner, the NERAC LUDO'PARC, will check it during each of your entries to the water park.
This measure will be strictly controlled, but we are certain that you will have a pleasant stay, especially as it will be carried out in conditions of increased security.
The HEALTH PASS will only concern adults of full age until 31 August.
THE HEALTH PASS IS:
- Proof of complete vaccination:
• 1 week after the 2nd injection for dual injection vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
• 4 weeks after injection for vaccines with only one injection (Johnson & Johnson)
• 2 weeks after injection for vaccines of people with a history of Covid (only 1 injection).
- A PCR or antigenic test of less than 48 hours, carried out in laboratory, pharmacy, test center... (self-tests are not allowed). It is, for example, very easy to carry out an antigenic test in pharmacy, supported by the Social Security, the day before your departure, with almost immediate results.
- The result of a positive RT-PCR or antigenic test attesting to the recovery of Covid-19, dating from +11 days and less than 6 months.
For each participant aged 18 and over, you will be asked to provide a health pass in digital format (via the TousAntiCovid app or in PDF format) or on paper with QR code.
Receptions and common areas of our establishments
We must respect a minimum time interval between stays to air the accommodation. Respect the new opening hours of our receptions. Do not arrive before 4 PM (and until 7 PM). If we have the possibility of early arrivals, following early departures, we will send you an SMS.
You will be welcomed by our staff, behind reception desks protected by a plexiglas wall. Our staff will wear a mask (behind which you will be greeted with a big smile!).
On the ground, direction and distance markings.
In the reception, near the elevators, hydroalcoholic gel is available.
In shared toilets, the use of hand dryers will be prohibited (indicated by a STOP-COVID 19 logo).
Our receptions will have fewer seats than usual. These spaces will be subject to maximum ventilation according to climatic conditions.
In order to make the reception more fluid, we will offer you to pay by CB, before your stay, certain supplements (bed linen, toilet, animals, tourist tax etc...), where you can send us the necessary information to prepare your bill.
"Disinfection rounds" will be performed daily by our teams in the common areas. Due to government standards, you will have to wear a mask in the common reception and traffic areas (reception, corridors, elevator landings, elevators, covered common areas). Children under the age of 11 are not allowed to use them.
Our breakfast rooms are now open. We invite you to limit movement and to respect the gestures barriers (wearing the mask, hand washing...).
In your accommodation, upon arrival and during your stay
The accommodation will have been completely ventilated, cleaned, disinfected.
In your accommodation, when you leave
Before the health crisis, we offered an "end-of-stay cleaning" option for an extra charge on request. We offer a paid option for the end of stay cleaning (except kitchenette), if the accommodation is not left in perfect condition or if you prefer not to do it (only for Goélia residences, except Peisey-Vallandry): 49€ for a house for 2 to 5 people, 69€ for a house for 6 to 7 people, 79€ for a house for 8 to 9 people and 98€ for a house for 10 people. To be paid on the spot. In any case, the accommodation must be returned with a clean kitchenette (washed tableware and row).
You will have to leave the premises in a perfect state of cleanliness, and respect certain specific instructions, to allow the realization of rapid reports of the places of departure, then deep and specific disinfection interventions, allowing our teams of verification, cleaning, and disinfection to intervene in conditions of optimal safety.
Weather permitting, you will need to air out your accommodation before and after the inventory is completed. The accommodation must be made clean and tidy, bins and vacuum cleaners, kitchenette cleaned, dishes cleaned and tidy. Out of respect for our cleaning teams, we thank you for paying special attention to the toilets and bathrooms. Bed linen, cloths, on the one hand, towels, on the other hand, if they have been rented from our services, will have to be placed by you in specific bags that we will give you. The pillow cases and paper beds (if any, if there are no loose cloths), must have been evacuated with your bins. The beds must be presented with their small fabrics, blankets or duvets unfolded, pillows without sheets. Sofa beds or pull-out seats, if used, will be presented in the same way, with the cover unfolded on it. We will give you a drawing illustrating very simply these few procedures, which are imposed on us by the Health Charter of Tourist Residences and Holiday Villages, approved by the Ministries of Health and Labor. The health charter to be found here.
The swimming pools and well-being areas
We are following the recommendations of the Health Crisis Center (CCS). One of the few certainties scientists have about COVID-19 is that it does not resist chlorine.
From mid-April, our outdoor swimming pools are open (except in exceptional cases: possible decision of GOELIA, of the Syndics de Copropriété, or of the Regional Sanitary Agencies, of which you would be informed before your stay, or, during your stay, momentarily, if the sanitary parameters require it).
Existing internal regulations, as well as physical distances and barrier gestures, must be respected. The general rules of physical distance apply to swimming pools: a minimum distance of 1 meter must be respected between individuals, in the pool or on the beach, except for persons of the same family group (the family group is limited to 10 persons). The rules of citizenship must be strictly observed, as offenders may be denied access to these relaxation areas. Get hydroalcoholic gel (handling of access gate, shower taps or digicode for covered pools). Make sure you do not use the sun loungers without disinfecting them before and after each use with alcohol gel. A minimum distance of 1.50 m shall be left between the deckchairs occupied by a person or group of persons not sharing the same accommodation.
As for the indoor swimming pools, they are all open. We ask you to respect social distances.
The communal changing rooms will be closed, so we ask you to enter these areas in your bathing suit.
Baby swimmers must be wearing diaper suits. In the children's pools, adults accompanying toddlers must wear masks in case they come close to other parents.
Well-being areas: saunas and fitness rooms are also open, respecting the rules of distance (saunas reserved by family, access to fitness rooms by reservation). However, the hammams, whirlpool baths and showers will remain closed, as the health authorities have pointed out the particular risks of transmission in these areas.
The playgrounds are open, under the responsibility of the users (and their parents): respect for barrier gestures, use of hydroalcoholic gels.
