Goélia is a family Group comprising experienced professionals in the tourism sector, who are resolutely focused on offering “moments of happiness”.
Goélia Group was founded in 2001 by Patrick and Sandra Labrune, who hold 80% of capital, supported from the outset by Avenir Tourisme with 20 % (Avenir Tourisme is a subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and Oséo, today named BPI France Investissement).
It is both a guarantee of family management and recognition of prestigious partners.
Goélia offers bespoke stays in 57 tourist residences managed under the Goélia brand and in as many partner establishments and clubs. Human-scale holiday residences which are convivial and “cost”, perfectly located by the sea, in the country or in the mountains.
As a human-scale company, it is recognised by partners (Tour Operators, work’s councils, tourist offices, local authorities) and by clients as solid, serious and transparent.
The quality criteria used guarantee comfort, compliance with descriptions in brochures, a secure choice, accommodation and quality welcome, as well as diversity of leisure activities offered. Thanks to its flexible, high performance and largely decentralised organisation, Goélia has adapted to the requirements and expectations of holidaymakers to offer them a bespoke service.
Residences are all managed by a dedicated team of professionals always at hand.
The Goélia holiday offer is 100% made in France.
More than simply a method, it is a choice, that of specialisation, which guarantees quality. Goélia is and has never been a Developer, does not work in the sale of apartments and is neither a managing agent or real-estate agent: its only profession is to operate holiday residences in France, which guarantees the independence of its choice of locations.
