Welcome to the Peyragudes winter sports resort, a merger of the Peyresourde and Agudes ski areas. Located at an altitude of 1,600 metres halfway between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, between the cities of Tarbes and Toulouse, it is also situated in the heart of the Pyrenees National Park and just a few kilometres from Spain. A green oasis in summer, this spot in the Hautes-Pyrénées is just as fabulous in winter.
Close to the east-west facing Peyragudes ski area with maximum snow cover, the Hameau de Balestas residence offers a range of chalets and apartments with balconies and free services. Enjoy a large heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and hot tub.
In this ski area, few people are suddenly afraid of the cold. Galvanised by the sunshine, the bumps, the ramps and the powder-covered slopes, you set off in pursuit of new challenges. An improvised slalom, a toboggan run, the ski lifts... in this environment, you rediscover your carefree spirit and fall back into childhood.

left clean, or if the holidaymaker prefers

returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored).
- Pets :
Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of
€11/night, €49/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies
certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1
animal per accommodation only.
- Wellness area access (sauna or hammam) : €14 for 20 min solo session - €21 for 20 min duo session / €11.50 for additional person with a maximum of 6 people (access prohibited to minors unaccompanied by an adult and to children under 16).

- Tourist tax:
Rates payable on site. Price per day and per person over 18 years of
age, as determined by municipal authorities (payable on site). As this
tax is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes that may

Access to the residence
By car
From Tarbes : take the A64 exit 16 Lannemezan, then the D929 to Arreau towards the Col de Peyresourde
From Toulouse: exit 17 ‘Montréjeau’ then RN125 to Luchon, D125 towards Col de Peyresourde.
NB: The Peyragudes resort consists of two slopes. The residence is located in the Hautes Pyrénées department (65) on the ‘Peyresourdes’ slope. At the entrance to the resort, take the first right towards the altiport and car park 1.
By plane: Tarbes/Lourdes/Pyrénées Airport 85 km away -
By train : Luchon station (15 km from the resort) or Lannemezan (40 km) Car essential

If you love snow, you can enjoy non-stop skiing on 60 km of slopes, divided into 51 runs covering an area of 1,500 hectares between 1,600 m and 2,400 m above sea level:

At an altitude of 2,000 metres, a snowpark suitable for all levels awaits you at the Cimes chairlift, with tables, hips and a handrail area.
