- Cancellation insurance for all justified reasons: Cancellation insurance can be taken out at the time of booking. This cancellation cover is valid in particular for medical reasons, accidents, death, including illness due to an epidemic or pandemic (declared illness, contact case, failure to obtain PCR test results before departure - traveler or close family member). The price of this insurance varies according to the total cost of your stay. If you add a service after your booking has been confirmed, the price of the insurance may change (excluding booking fees and insurance - price per accommodation): from €19.

- Comprehensive insurance: This insurance includes our cancellation coverage as well as special snow cancellation coverage (breakage or theft of personal ski equipment, loss or theft of ski passes, interruption of stay, interruption of snow activities), assistance, and repatriation. The price of this insurance varies according to the total cost of your stay (excluding booking fees - price per accommodation): from €29.

- Bed linen: €12/person. To be paid on site. Advance booking recommended.

- Beds made on arrival: €10/person (linen not included). To be paid on site. Advance booking recommended.

- Towels: €10/person/set. To be paid on site. Advance booking recommended.

- Bed linen + towel pack: €20/person/set. To be paid on site. Advance booking recommended.

- WiFi access (price per device) : simply connect to our supplier's website and pay directly by credit card (visa or mastercard). The prices are as follows: 1 day : €6, 3 days : €12, 1 week : €20, 2 weeks : €30, 1 week family offer (3 devices) : €30, 2 weeks family offer : €40. Goélia will let you know, when you arrive, the homepage of the website, but is not involved in the order, or in the connection.

- End-of-stay cleaning: If the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition, or if the guest prefers not to do it themselves: €65 for accommodation for 2 to 4 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 people, €99 for accommodation for 8 people, €119 for accommodation for 10 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and put away).

- Pets: Small pets are accepted on a leash for an additional fee of €11/night or €36/week, payable on site. Please indicate this when registering (rabies certificate required). Attack dogs and category 2 dogs (guard/defense dogs) are not allowed. Only one pet per accommodation.

- Private access to the sauna : €14/20-minute session for one person, €21/20-minute session for two people, €11.50 per additional person, with a maximum of 6 people (access prohibited to minors unaccompanied by an adult and children under 16).

- Cleaning kit: (multi-purpose cleaner, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponge, cloth): €7/kit/week or €5/kit for short stays (to be paid on site)

- Baby equipment rental (bed, high chair, and/or bathtub) delivered to the accommodation: €15/stay. Must be reserved at the same time as the accommodation and subject to availability. Regarding beds, in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations, we do not provide additional mattresses in order to ensure the safety of your children. To be paid on site.

INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY:

- Departure and arrival times:
Arrivals: Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The time at which the accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it takes to prepare. For any arrivals outside these times or on another day, please contact the residence.
Any arrival outside these times must be agreed with the residence reception.

- Deposit: €250 per accommodation (to be paid on site).

- Tourist tax: Rates on site. Price per day and per person over 18 years of age according to municipal decision (to be paid on site). As this tax is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.

- All your requests (exposure, floor, view, apartment number, etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

These rates are valid for all new bookings made on or after 10 November 2025.
