- End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette):
If the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition, or if
the holidaymaker prefers not to do it themselves: €65 for accommodation
for 2 to 5 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, €99 for
accommodation for 8 to 9 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the
accommodation must be left with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and
put away).
- WiFi access (price per device) :

(visa or mastercard). The prices are as follows: 1 day : €6, 3 days : €12, 1 week :

- Pets:
Small pets are accepted on a leash for an additional fee of €11 €/
night or €36/week, payable on site. Please mention this when booking
(rabies certificate required). Attack dogs and category 2 dogs
(guard/defence dogs) are not permitted. Only one pet per accommodation
unit.
- Private access to the sauna or hammam : €14/20-minute
session for one person, €21/20-minute session for two people, €11.50
per additional person with a maximum of 6 people (access prohibited to
minors unaccompanied by an adult and children under 16 years of age).
- Covered car park : €50/week/car. Compulsory service. To be paid on site.

Arrivals:
Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3pm and 7pm. The time at which the
accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it takes to
prepare. For arrivals outside these times or on another day, please
contact the residence.
Departures: Before 10:00 a.m.
- Deposit: €250/accommodation
(to be paid on site). This deposit will be returned to you on the day
of departure after an inventory check or by post within 8 days in the
event of departures outside opening hours.
- Tourist tax: According
to current regulations. (The decision may be changed at any time by the
local council). As this tax is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible
for any changes.
- All your requests (exposure, floor, view,
apartment number, etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible,
but cannot be guaranteed.

From enjoyable one-hour circuits to full-day routes, the hiking trails starting from Châtel have made this charming Alpine village famous. You can explore the local flora and fauna, as well as the architectural heritage, on routes adapted to everyone's physical abilities. For example, opt for the Thoules loop at Lake Arvoin, recommended for experienced walkers, or the tour of Lake Montriond and the Ardent waterfall, which takes 2 hours and 20 minutes to walk. For lovers of pretty mountain villages, choose to explore Saint-Jean-d'Aulps on foot or opt for a bike ride to discover pretty hamlets such as Seytroux, La Baume, Biot or La Tasonnière via the route starting from Saint-Jean-D'Aulps, very close to Châtel.
The mountains are just as enjoyable in winter as they are in summer. Proof of this can be found in the wide range of activities on offer, such as canyoning, bungee jumping, wild plant discovery and foraging, fishing, running in the great outdoors, and wildlife watching, which are increasingly appealing to tourists who are charmed by the pleasures of the mountains in summer. Set off for the day with your family or a group of friends for a lovely picnic by the lake and perhaps a colourful fishing trip. You can also hire the services of a mountain guide and consider spending a few days camping far away from it all!
Given the richness of the site and the many places to visit around Châtel, it is a good idea to choose a comfortable holiday rental. By opting for a residence with facilities such as a swimming pool, a terrace and, why not, a sauna or a hot tub, you will be able to recover from your sporting days in an ideal setting with the sublime Alps as a backdrop. Conveniently located, the summer holiday residences in Châtel and the surrounding area are within easy reach of Geneva and Lake Geneva for day trips. It's a great way to explore the pastures, but also to take a short city break across the border.
