On the shores of the Arcachon Basin, the Les Rives de St Brice residence is located in a wooded, pedestrian-only estate. Spend your stay in a detached house and enjoy a heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools with a children's pool (open from 04/04/26 to 26/09/26 depending on weather), a fitness room, and plenty of entertainment for all ages, such as ping-pong tables. The entire complex is situated in a peaceful, wooded setting with a pond, a lagoon, and a footpath leading through the woods to the Arcachon Basin beach (700m, approximately a 10-minute walk, swimming area).
The beaches of Arès are 2 km away. You have direct access to the Arcachon Bay cycle paths from the residence. The town center and its shops are 2 km away, the supermarket is 3 km away, and the shopping center with a hypermarket is 4 km away. Enjoy the local markets in Arès on Tuesday and Sunday mornings, and in Anderros on Fridays.
From July 4th to August 29th, 2026, enjoy the teen/adult entertainment and the kids' club. A snack bar (open from April to mid-September, and longer depending on residence occupancy), located near the aquatic area and reception, offers various takeaway meals and a bakery/breakfast service.
The indoor pool will be closed for renovations until February 7th, 2026.

- End-of-stay cleaning:
If the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition, or if
the guest prefers not to do it themselves: €65 for accommodation for 2
to 5 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, €99 for
accommodation for 8 to 9 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the
accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed
and put away).
- Pets: Small pets are accepted on a leash
for an additional fee of €11/night or €49/week, payable on site. Please
mention this when booking (rabies certificate required). Attack dogs
and category 2 dogs (guard/defense dogs) are not allowed. Only one pet
per accommodation.
- Continental breakfast: €13/adult/day, €7.50/child/day (ages 6 to 12 inclusive). Must be pre-booked with the residence and paid for on site.
- Cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, bathroom cleaner): €7/kit
- Baby equipment rental (bed, high chair and/or bathtub) delivered to the accommodation: €15/stay.
Must be booked at the same time as the accommodation and subject to
availability. In accordance with manufacturers' recommendations, we do
not provide extra mattresses for beds in order to ensure the safety of

Arrivals:
Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The time at
which the accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it
takes to prepare. For arrivals outside these times or on another day,
please contact the residence.
Departures: Before 10:00 a.m.
- Deposit:
€250/accommodation (to be paid on site). This deposit will be returned
to you on the day of departure after an inventory check or by mail
within 8 days in case of departures outside of opening hours.
- Tourist tax: Rates
on site. Price per person aged 18 and over (paid to the municipality)
to be paid on site. The tax may be revised at any time by the
municipality.
As this tax is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.

By car: From the Bordeaux ring road
- Head towards Lège Cap Ferret
- Follow the D106 to the Andernos les Bains roundabout
- Take the D215 to Andernos centre.
- At the traffic lights just after the post office, turn right towards Ares D3
- Continue straight ahead (leave the town of Andernos, the residence is about 2 km on your left.
By train: Bordeaux ST JEAN SNCF train station with connection to the TRANS'GIRONDE bus, ‘Paco’ stop in front of the residence.

After visiting this unmissable site, there's nothing better than a picnic on the wide sandy beaches of Cap Ferret. If you have time, you can visit Arcachon, less than an hour's drive away on the other side of the basin, or Bordeaux, 50 km east of Arès.
