With its ideal location between the Ecrins National Park and the Queyras Regional Park, the Résidence l’Aigle Bleu is the perfect base for numerous hikes and a variety of outdoor nature activities. Briançon, a historical art town fortified by Vauban, offers its rich heritage, temporary exhibitions, and a variety of entertainment opportunities throughout the year.
The residence was designed with respect to traditional mountain construction, where the combination of stone and wood is a reminder of the chalets of the past. These comfortable, carefully decorated apartments provide the necessary luxury to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
You will also have unlimited access to a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and fitness room.

Simply connect to our provider's website and pay directly by credit
card (Visa or Mastercard) when you first connect. On-site rates
- End-of-stay cleaning: If the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €81 for accommodation for 2 to 4 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 people, €99 for accommodation for 8 people, €119 for accomodation for 10 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be left with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and put away).
- Covered parking: To be paid on site, subject to availability.
- Pets:
Small pets are accepted on a leash for an additional fee of €11/night
or €36/week, payable on site. Please mention this when booking (rabies
certificate required). Attack dogs and category 2 dogs (guard/defence
dogs) are not permitted. Only one pet per accommodation.
- Continental breakfast: €13/adult/day, €7.50/child/day (aged 6 to 12 inclusive). Must be pre-booked with the residence and paid for on site.
- Private access to the hot tub, sauna or hammam : €14/20-minute
session for one person, €21/20-minute session for two people, €11.50
per additional person, maximum 6 people (access prohibited to minors
unaccompanied by an adult and children under 16).
- Laundry: price on site.
- Cleaning kit:
(multi-purpose cleaner, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, a
sponge, a cloth): €7/kit/week or €5/kit for short stays (to be paid on
site)
- Baby equipment hire (cot, high chair and/or bath) delivered to your accommodation:
€15 per stay. To be booked at the same time as your accommodation and
subject to availability. In accordance with manufacturers'
recommendations, we do not provide extra mattresses for cots in order to
ensure your children's safety. To be paid on site.

Arrivals:
Arrivals are on Saturdays between 3pm and 7pm. The time at which the
accommodation is available may vary depending on how long it takes to
prepare. For any arrivals outside these times or on another day, please
contact the residence.
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the residence reception.
- Deposit: €250 per accommodation (to be paid on site).
- Tourist tax:
Rates on site. Price per day and per person over 18 years of age
according to municipal decision (to be paid on site). As this tax is a
local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.
- All
your requests (exposure, floor, view, apartment number, etc.) will be
taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
