In the heart of a pine forest, overlooking the Bassin de Thau, in a peaceful and verdant setting the Goélia Arcadius holiday residence stretches around a private outdoor heated pool from 04/04/26 to 31/10/26 (12.5m x 8m - depth1.20m), with a children's pool (3.6m x 3.6m - depth 0.40m) and solarium, 2 tennis table. Car park closed at night. It is located about 1km from the centre, shops and the beaches around the Bassin. Our staff at reception can recommend the best sandy beaches or coves, easily accessible approximately 10km away (Frontignan and Sète).

apartments have all the comfort necessary. They have a fully fitted
kitchen (vitroceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee
maker, toaster and kettle), bathroom or shower room, WC. The large bay
windows open onto a balcony or a patio with garden furniture. Each room is equipped with a fan. Television included.
IMPORTANT:
You
must never exceed the maximum number of authorised persons in the
accommodation. For safety reasons, we will be required to deny you
access (even if it is a baby).

- Spa 50m away from the fitness centre in Balaruc les Bains : located 50m from the complex at the Ibis Spa Hotel, benefit from preferential rates (30% discount on care, and 15% on other services).
All spa-wellness stays include access to the indoor pool (pool and spa reserved for guests over the age of 18) heated with jets and a hammam.

Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of

- Departure and Arrival Times:
Arrivals: Saturday between 15:00 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Departures: Before 10.00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception of the residence.
- Deposit: €250/apartment. This deposit will be returned to you the day of departure after an inventory or by post within 8 days in the event of departures outside of opening hours.
- Tourist tax: Approximately €1.30/day/person over the age of 18. (The decision may be amended at any time by the Municipality). As this is a local tax, Goélia is not responsible for any changes.
All your requests (floor, view, apartment no., etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

A special location 8km from Sète, on the banks of the lake of Thau (7500 hectares), just 10km from the major beaches of Frontignan (easy parking): Balaruc-les-Bains is both very easy to access (motorway exit) and lively all year round as it is also the first French spa resort (rheumatisms and phlebology).
There is a shuttle and a bus (line 14) which ensure the connection between the spa and Arcadius (1.8 km).
During your stay in Balaruc, discover the port of Sète, the Les Cévennes National Park, the Canal du Midi and its locks, visit theoyster farms in Bouzigues or Mèze (information from our reception).
Or even the historic sites of Agde, Pezenas, the town of Molière, Montpellier, The Pont du Gard or the essential Saint Guilhem le Désert…

Make the most of the beaches on the shores of Occitanie’s largest lagoon to swim, relax or enjoy water sports thanks to the Manuréva Water Sports Centre: sailing, windsurfing, diving, catamaran sailing, rowing, sea kayaking… The 1.8 km Georges Brassens – Laurent Spinos promenade runs alongside the Thau lagoon and can be explored on foot or by bike. Je viens dans cette résidence tous les ans depuis 2019 pour ma cure thermale. Cette résidence est très bien située (au calme, bus juste en face, commerces à proximité, thermes, ...) C est un véritable petit coin de paradis où la nature est omni présente. Des bancs sont présents pour que chacun trouve un endroit calme à l ombre... D année en année, je vois tous les efforts fournis pour que la résidence s améliore. Des caméras de surveillance et des grilles autour de la résidence ont été posées pour la sécurité. La piscine a été réparée. Les pavés autour de la piscine ont été replacés afin d éviter les chutes. Des nouveaux transats plus confortables ont été livrés récemment. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et professionnel. Ils sont vraiment à l écoute...et font leur maximum pour satisfaire tous les résidents, même parfois les personnes désagréables et exigeante. Très bon rapport qualité prix !!!! Je recommande fortement. La résidence, malgré son âge est très propre. Petit bémol : la climatisation serait la bienvenue. Bravo à toute l équipe et à son directeur.

Résidence parfaite pour trois semaines de cure à Balaruc-les-Bains. Proche de Sète et Montpellier. On peut dans la journée se rendre en Espagne ou à Toulouse.
