Sports activities
Les Deux Alpes is home to Europe’s largest skiable glacier (at an altitude of 3,200 to 3,600 metres), featuring blue and red runs, ski lifts and an internationally renowned snow park (big airbag, superpipe, halfpipe).
The 2 Alpes Bike Park, one of the largest bike parks in the Alps, offers 91 km of trails with 6 ski lifts, 22 trails, enduro and cross-country routes, and a pump track.
Superb walking routes for all levels lead, in particular, to the vast Lac de Lauvitel, one of the most beautiful spots in the Oisans.
Paragliding, rafting, an airbag park, a 9-hole golf course, rock climbing, summer tobogganing and horse riding round off an exceptional range of sporting activities.
Heritage and cultural discovery
The village of Venosc, which can be reached in 8 minutes by cable car, and Mont-de-Lans, accessible by chairlift, are well worth a visit.
The Musée Mémoires d'Alpinisme and the Ice Cave are also worth exploring, as is the Belvédère des Écrins for an exceptional panoramic view.
Leisure and shops
The water sports centre, 10 km away, offers pedalos, canoes, kayaks and stand-up paddleboarding in a stunning natural setting.
The Lac de la Buissonnière lake and leisure area, the swimming pool, the bowling alley, the cinema, the laser tag, the beach volleyball court and the amusement park offer plenty of opportunities for relaxation.
