Useful information

In the Valley of La Maurienne, easily accessible via the motorway and the TGV (Saint-Jean de Maurienne 17 km away), over a vast sunny plateau, La Toussuire benefits from an exceptional 360° panorama.

Hikers will be able to head off to tackle Les Aiguilles d'Arves, thrill seekers will be able to fly in a para-glider, hit the slopes on a mountain bike, or climb a via-ferrata. For children, the "La Ruche" club (extra charge) has the option of practising tennis, archery , mini golf, hikes, etc.
In July-August, the tourist office is organising a daily programme of events and the resort is fully equipped (bowling, cinemas), with numerous shops and restaurants.

Mountain bike ski lift open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 17:00, trip in a Segway, fishing, etc.

In the last week of August, a car is essential, numerous shops close!!!

By train: SNCF Saint Jean de Maurienne train station (Paris TGV in 4 hours) 17km from the resort.

By road: A43 motorway, St Jean de maurienne exit (17km from La Toussuire); from there, follow Vallée de l'Arvan (D78). Lyon is 200km away, Paris 630km away and Marseille 450km away.
