Located at an altitude of 700 metres, at the crossroads of three valleys, Ax-Les-Thermes remains primarily known for its specialised spa treatments. This dynamic resort hosts numerous festivals in the summer and offers a range of activities combining local and regional traditions with fun and surprising events.
Close to Andorra, right in the heart of the Pyrenees, you can explore a variety of landscapes thanks to 450 km of marked trails that can be explored on foot, on horseback or even by mountain bike for the more athletic.
Ax-Les-Thermes also offers easy access to the Orlu National Wildlife Reserve, home to marmots and izards. A few kilometres away, the Prehistory Park in Tarascon, the Niaux Cave and the Vache à Alliat and Bedeilhac caves will delight young and old alike.
This resort, renowned for its spa treatments, invites you to relax and unwind at the Bouloubret thermal leisure centre (3 km away), which offers 3,000 m² of facilities (a large 200 m² indoor pool, outdoor pools with water games and a solarium, etc.).
