Information

To make your arrival at our Goélia residence easier, you can pre-register online.
Online pre-registration is designed to facilitate the administrative procedures to be carried out on site. However, you will still need to come to reception on the day of your arrival to collect your keys.

Validity of the pre-registration link

You can pre-register online between the 10th and 2nd day before the start of your stay. Less than 48 hours before your arrival, pre-registration will no longer be available.

Customer consent

The reserving party certifies that all the information provided during pre-registration is valid.

Cancellation of services taken out and paid for at the time of pre-registration

CANCELLATION of services purchased and paid for at the time of pre-registration. Any cancellation of a service purchased and paid for at the time of pre-registration will not be reimbursed.

Security deposit

The deposit paid as part of your holiday rental constitutes a guarantee deposit in the event of damage/disturbance caused by the occupants in the accommodation or the communal areas of the residence.

You will be asked to pay 250 euros when you pre-register online, in the form of an authorisation to pay by credit card. This authorisation request does not generate a debit.

The deposit may be cashed in part or in full in the following cases:

Damage to private or communal areas
Breakage of equipment
Departure cleaning or cleaning of the kitchen area not carried out
Additional optional services payable and not paid for
Loss of keys
Obvious failure to comply with the residence’s internal regulations (General Terms and Conditions of Sale)

The deposit will be released on the day of your departure, after our teams have carried out an inventory of fixtures. In the event of departure outside reception hours, this pre-authorisation may be used in part or in full by Goélia up to 48 hours after the end date of your stay.
