- End of stay cleaning : If the accommodation is not left clean, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €60 for accommodation for 2 to 5 people, €79 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, €89 for a accommodation for 8 to 9 people and €109 for accommodation for 10 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and stored). Possibility of daily cleaning (rates on site).

- Underground car park (maximum height 2m): €49/week or €35 if pre-booked. To be paid on site. Pre-booking highly recommended, subject to availability.

- Pets : Small pets are accepted. Extra charge per animal to be paid on site of €10.50/night, €49/week. Please mention when booking (anti-rabies certificate is mandatory). Attack and guard dogs are not allowed. 1 animal per accommodation only.

- Launderette : rates on site.

- Maintenance kit (dish soap, dishwasher tablet, sanitary detergent) : €7 /kit.

- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) : €10/stay. To be booked at the same time as the accommodation. We do not provide additional mattresses in order to guarantee the safety of your children. To be paid on site. Pre-booking required, subject to availability.

- Departure and arrival times:
Arrivals: Saturday between 15:00 and 19:00. The hour of the provision of the accomodation can vary depending on the preparation of this one.
Departures: Before 10.00
Any arrivals outside these times must be agreed with the reception for the residence.

- Deposit: €250/accommodation (to be paid on site). €1000 for appartement 9/12 people.

- Tourist tax: approx €1.65/day/person over 18 years old (to be paid on site).

All your requests (floor, view, apartment No., etc.) will be taken into account as far as possible, but can not be guaranteed.

By train: Saint Jean de Maurienne SNCF train station (Paris TGV in 4 hours) 17km away from the resort.

By road: A43 Motorway St Jean de maurienne Exit (17km from La Toussuire); from there, follow Vallée de l'Arvan (D78). Lyon is 200km away, Paris 630km away and Marseille 450km away.
